This place was great and the hosts were even better. They made sure that we got settled in and also that we had everything that we needed. It was clean and a great walking distance to many places in the area!

Location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape Canaveral. The property was very, very clean, however, the kitchen and one of the baths are definitely in need of an update. These 2 things detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was great and it had everything you needed to enjoy the beach. The home could use a bit of love and refresh. It’s an older property.
There is a hole in the bathroom door and closet door. The water pressure in the main bathroom was low like the faucet screen is clogged but that can be cleaned easily. The electrical outlet in the living room by the futon is missing a faceplate which is dangerous with kids but simple fix. The doors were difficult to close and sticky. The pillows were stained but that wasn’t noticed until we stripped the beds per check out instructions. In full transparency we didn’t share any of this with homeowners because we were only staying two nights for a field trip and the proximity to the beach was perfect.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. A very short walk. We loved the extras-- sand toys, boogie boards, and the extra house supplies. Our beach weekend was great. The beds were comfy and an air mattress for the kids. Our only negatives- small table for all of to eat at and the couches were not as soft as we like. We would definitely return for our next beach vacation!

The property was clean and set up for a perfect beach stay! Nice private yard, very close to the beach, beach gear available, far enough from the pier to avoid crowds but close enough to access the fun, quiet neighborhood, kitchen set up well, coffee/tea and WINE!! Close to groceries and restaurants (Crackers restaurant was amazing). Definitely would stay here again, three thumbs up!

Very nice home with all of the necessities included. Appreciate having the simple things, like soap shampoo, coffee and laundry detergent on hand. Just like being at home. They even hade coffee creamer and a complimentary bottle of wine.

Our stay was wonderful. We came to witness a shuttle launch, and ended up seeing 2 in 2 days. The place is clean and spacious. The only slight disappointment was the curb appeal and yard area, wasn't as nicely kept as picture showed, however, we weren’t there to hang, so no big deal. Also, slightly better instruction on door lock would have saved us a little frustration at start. There are 2 keypads so touch the one that’s actually on the door to access. With that said, communication with owners was appreciated to assist with that. No issues after.

Me and four of my friends stayed here for our annual beach trip and we had a blast! The house was great walking distance from the beach, the beach was also not very busy, but still close enough to the pier! We’ll definitely be back.

The picture are just like the property. We got a text telling us the unit was ready earlier than expected so that was a perk! Rachel was very kind and responsive with our messages giving us a great dinner recommendation to Sunset Waterfront Bar and Grill. Great food, live music, beautiful views of the water w/ dolphins playing and a unique thing they do where they play an opera song at sunset! Rachel left a bottle of wine for us which we didn’t expect but appreciate. 😊 The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes. The beach it leads to is very quiet and seems private compared to the 1 mile walk south to Cocoa Beach Pier where the crowd lives. Nice to be able to walk down there and get lunch on the pier though. My 12 y/o son really liked their Netflix after a long day on the beach! Overall, would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

Good Location
The location of this property was very good. It's a short walk to the beach. The beach is nice as well. The kitchen is large and has a lot of space. It's nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was nice, but the beds are so low to the ground hard to get up from the floor and the mattresses aren't very comfortable. The communication was great with the owners, very responsive.

Relaxing Escape to the Coast
This property was a great escape from the cold midwest for my best friend and I. It was a nice beachside house, only a block off the beach, and with great internet for us to work remote. Easy access to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach for food and tourist site seeing.
