My daughter & I needed a quick last minute trip to the mountains, she skied A basin, while I enjoyed the serenity & beautiful fresh snowfall. I stumbled upon this rental & much to our surprise, it was perfect in every way. The location is central to everything. The condo is charming, comfortable & well equipped.

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family! We we taking our kids skiing for the first time and wanted to be well reste for the day! The space was cozy. We were impressed with the expansive windows, fireplace and overall comfort (the king bed was SO comfy). A pool for the little ones was the icing on the cake!

Clean, comfy, beautiful setting, comfy beds, great kitchen/grill and all the supplied we needed for in home dining and cooking. Loved the fireplace on cool mornings and evenings. The views were spectacular. The pool area was clean and we had it to ourselves. The walking path was perfect to get daily exercise while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. Will stay here again. The only negative was the water was not good for coffee, we bought some bottled water for that.

everything was clean, plenty of towels & tp & other necessities for 5 people for a week+ stay. received several texts throughout our stay asking if we needed anything, and responses were quick and helpful. this is by far the best place we have ever stayed as a family - would highly recommend any property run by Summit!

Great base for our two week stay. We did a lot of hiking and biking, and we also worked a little. Although we had a couple of maintenance issues, the host was quick to resolve them. It doesn’t have A/C so the condo may be warm after a hot summer day, but it cools after dark.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying with Summit County Mountain Retreats in the Lodgepole #2003 condo, for a few days. We chose this area because of close proximity to local hiking & biking, which we enjoyed during our stay. We discovered that this condo was perfect for our needs. If we even just wanted to vacation without leaving the condo complex, we would also have a very enjoyable & relaxing time. Our 3 teenagers loved their "bunk" room, access to great shows on multiple tv's, and swimming in the adjacent inside pool just across the outside courtyard. Other highlights were that the master suite was spacious, and the balcony, which included a gas grill, and a table and chairs, had great views of the surrounding area. We would definitely look at staying here again!

The condo was an excellent value compared to other properties located in a similar area. It was a little bit difficult to climate control. We tend to be hot natured and had trouble keeping it a little cooler. Other than that the kitchen was wonderfully stocked, beds were comfortable, unit was very clean.

Overall, the experience was very good and I would choose this location again. The condo is in a nice location with very easy access to the Yellow line Keystone shuttle and quick travel to the Mountain House lodge area. The property was clean, it had more than adequate TV, cable, streaming entertainment options for time off the slopes. However, we did report some minor maintanence concerns with lighting over the dining room table. Also we had some trouble controlling the heat at night.

We loved this condo especially for the price. There was a wall of windows that lead out to the balcony. Watching the sunrise through those windows was incredible. There’s an enclosed shuttle stop right outside the front door that runs 3 times an hour to keystone. It’s free and super convenient. Overall it was such a great stay! We’ll book again.

This vacation rental was exceptional. It was my first family trip with my little family and my two sisters, we enjoyed it to the fullest. The rental had everything we needed to cook our meals, sleep comfortably, and spend a good time together. I really appreciated having all the right pans, dishes, etc to be able to cook a meal and not have to eat out everyday. The condo was spacious enough and we all slept comfortably. I also really liked how the condo had family games, Wi-Fi, and the smart tv to be able to connect to our Netflix and be able to enjoy a movie. The condo is really close to the pool which we took advantage of and went swimming on our last day. I 100% recommend this place. It is a short distance from Breckinridge, Frisco and of course Keystone which made our stay perfect! The views in the master were breathtaking, also the balcony views!

The location and ease of access was excellent. Traffic is a little loud at night if you're not used to that. Our rental had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. We loved the deck and walking trail right by the river! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! There were quite a few things needing the maintaince persons attention within the condo and some updates to the master bath/shower would be good but over all it was a great stay. 4 stars only due to quite a few little maintaince fixes.

Great condo and Beautiful area but….
Great condo, spacious and base essentials provided. Furniture is quite worn in living room but is comfortable. The king bed was comfortable with nice linens. The but is regarding being on a multi-level. There was a family with 3 kids directly above us and the kids ran/stomped overhead constantly our entire vacation. Impossible to nap, sleep in, watch tv or dine in peace. I contacted the host/management and was told they couldn’t say anything unless it was during “quiet time” 10p-8a. I’d advise renting a single story or rent on the top floor if that could be an issue for you. We will do that in the future.

Summer Vacation - Mostly Quiet Location
Condo is in a relatively quiet location for a summer stay. There are 50+ units in this complex, and only 4-5 cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there. We saw a fox take a leisurely stroll through the courtyard! Bunk room is a little crowded with the two bunk beds.
Condo is close to US 6, which gets a lot of truck traffic (hazardous materials have to bypass the tunnel on I-70). We kept the windows open during the day to get fresh air in the condo, and didn't have any noise problems then. We had to close them at night because of road noise while we were trying to sleep.

Lodgepole 2003 was the perfect weekend getaway for our family! The ease of reserving and checking in/out was wonderful! The property was clean, quiet, and peaceful and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Lodgepole 2003 was the perfect weekend getaway for our family! The ease of reserving and checking in/out was wonderful! Our family of five stayed at this condo for a spring break ski trip at Keystone. We found the condo to be clean & well equipped for our stay. I was impressed with the communication from the mgmt company as it made the check-in & departure incredibly easy. Based on comparable condos in River Run Village we thought we got a great deal for the amt of space in the condo & the sleeping arrangements. We never used the shuttle to ski as ut was easier for us to drive but the stop was right outside the door! Would definitely recommend this property as an awesome budget option close to everything!

This was a great location. Close to skiing and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to enjoy and just outside our building. Our only complaint was the temperature of the bedrooms. It was super hot and we had difficulty getting the temp to change. Other than that super minor thing, it was a great, super spacious and comfortable stay for our party of eight.
