Very nice unit with a good ocean view

Great location. Clean property.

This place is absolutely perfect. The host is very accommodating and communication is excellent.

Overall our family had a good experience here. The view is great of the ocean and the inside space is very comfortable. We reached out to confirm if beach chairs were provided as part of the price because nothing was listed on the Vrbo site and we were surprised to learn that was not included. We did express disappointment in that every beach place we have been to, they always have a few chairs to make it easier on renters traveling long distances . Just a few others things to be aware of. 1. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to function well in the master bedroom. There is only one vent and it stayed warm the entire time we were here, despite turning the air-conditioning down to 69.2. The communication of the management company is not very good. We reached out several times, including to ask a question about getting into the gate because the instructions say you go straight to the property, but there is a security gate at the entry and our instructions did not say anything about that . There are two lines to get into the property and one was extremely long and the other required you to already have a pass. We never heard back from them regarding our question and luckily we happened to get in the right line, otherwise we would’ve been sitting for 20 minutes for nothing and then would have had to have started all over. 3. It is a first floor unit so you hear everything above. For the amount of money we are paying for the location. We expected it to be a bit more restful.
