This was an awesome home that accommodated 5 couples with plenty of room. Very clean with a pool table and poker table. So glad we chose to heat the pool. Great location that is close to so many things to do. Host was amazing and always responded right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot off the Strip! We had 8 of us (5 adults and 3 teenagers!) and there was more than enough room for all of us! There is a back bedroom with 2 queen beds that sits away from the other bedrooms, and that was perfect for the teenagers....they called it their "apartment"! We loved the pool table and the poker table-nice addition!!! The house is about 30 minutes from the strip, which was fine for us because our vacation did not center around the strip! But it has an amazing view of the strip from the front porch! The backyard was beautiful! The property manager was very quick to reply! The neighborhood was quiet, too! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our sons lacrosse tournament with another family. The house worked out perfect. The accommodations were faunistic. The house was clean and have all the necessary items we needed. I will for sure consider this place again when in Henderson.

The house has alot of space to spread out. The game room is fun with a pool table and a poker table. There is 1 step down to the living area if mobility is an issue.
The pool area is nice but you can't use it from 10 pm until 10am. The spa is attached to the pool and not heated so really not useable as a spa (hot tub) rather just a pool extension. The pool was very cold despite being 90 degrees out but if you were willing to get in you could get used to it.
The location walking distance to some trails was nice for morning walks to beat the heat and the views of Vegas in the distance was lovely in the evening.
We got the impression there had been some issues here in the past with neighbors, which limited our enjoyment of the outdoor space. The late night emails reminding us of the noise rules with a zero tolerance policy was a bit jarring as well as the early morning one about check out rules "in case we were not already out".
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. Could use a few more serving dishes for large groups.
Overall it was alot of space and comfortable inside.

This was definitely the best family vacation we ever had, we will be booking again in the future for our next family reunion, this property has big open spaces perfect for playing games, great backyard, and a heated pool, we did not pay for the pool heating and we will definitely not make that mistake next time! The rooms were big and spacious, the bathrooms were gorgeous. Better than any hotel in the area one of the bedrooms is located outside of the main house in a casita, this room does not have a bathroom attached and is ideal for someone who wants privacy. Our guest staying in that room traveled back in the main house to use facilities. Our favorite part was sitting next to the fire together. The area is very secluded and safe, farther out in Henderson, perfect for a family looking to explore the nature side of things vs the busy nightlife of the strip. The host checked in regularly. Thank you for a great family trip!

This location was great for us as we wanted to be away from the strip, but close enough to jet into town whenever we wanted. Space was great and the accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to others and/or stay here again.

This property was perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. The split bedroom floor plan allowed great-grandma added privacy and the separate room off the pool was a treasured space for the teens!
Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and the propane fire ring with Adirondack chairs was nice in the late evenings for s'mores and a great gathering place for morning coffee. And added benefit was the walking trail of Mountain River Loop located one block down the street. The house is situated across from this natural trail offering a wide open view of mountains to the right and a great view of Vegas at night in the distance. The house is situated on a corner lot and while there were neighbors in the back and on one side of the property, the privacy fences created a wonderful oasis. House is situated on a quiet road with little traffic. Management was quick to respond and quick to correct two minor issues.

Had a great time enjoying the large and comfortable property with family and friends.Terrific location with a wonderful view of the whole valley and surrounding mountains. Right next to nice walking/riding trails as a plus. Great communication throughout made it all the better.

The property was even better than we had anticipated! Great proximity to several different things . The views are wonderful and comfort of the home that allows everyone to gather and also provides privacy. Highly recommend the house and host were great!

We had a great time in the house. Played in the pool and played a lot of pool. It was the perfect house to share with our teenagers. The common areas are separated from the bedrooms and everyone has lots of space. It was chilly for late March, but the heated pool didn’t stop the kids. About 30 minutes to the strip, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The property was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful and heated so the kids had a blast swimming. Benjamin was also a great host, he checked in to make sure everything went well. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in Vegas!

It was a great place to stay while visiting Vegas. We were able to enjoy the pool and spa during the day and then Uber to the strip in the evenings. It was a large space and had plenty of room for everyone.

Had a great stay. Everything was as noted in posting. We paid for pool heat it was worth it and the pool was very well heated so nice and worth it for kids. Ben was very responsive and everything was close by. Great for family and kids and lots of room.

Process was easy, property was great and communication with property manager was fantastic! Property had everything we needed for a quick family weekend in Las Vegas. Kids loved the pool table and poker table in the game room. We will be back.

The house and location were great. The only problem was the garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher did not work while we were there and we were only compensated us $100. That was a little disappointing. Other than that the house was great and I highly recommend.

Very nice property that was just as pictured. There was a very nice running/biking trail very near the property that was a welcome surprise. The hosts were also very responsive to our needs and questions.

This property was absolutely exactly what my family and I needed for our vacation. It was very clean, in excellent condition, and the host Benjamin was awesome. He was very attentive and responsive to all of our needs and inquiries. We definitely will be using this property when we return again.

Our family spent a week here and we loved it! You can literally walk out the front door and look one way and see the lights from the strip or the other way and see the hills around LV. Great location with tons of amenities. Communication with the owner was great and if we are back in the area we would definitely rent the same property again!

Love thaw separate spaces in this house. Those late sleepers could stay in bed without being disturbed. There were a few small things, as there always are, and they were resolved quickly by Benjamin. The view is great too. The pool area is wonderful. All in all a great stay!

The house and pool were perfect for the 6 of us. Host answers you immediately with any questions or concerns. We went to hang out and relax and this house suited our needs Close to Hoover Dam. Try Johnny Mac’s sports bar. It’s close by and good food. If your looking to unwind but still be close to things this house will work for you. We didn’t want down town Vegas.

Loved this place! Quiet and in older part of Henderson but the views were amazing! Large pool and great just to relax! Our family really enjoyed our stay. Responses from owners were super quick which was appreciated!

Very nice property for all 11 of us to stay. Convenient location to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. The pool house bedroom detached from the house does not have a bathroom.

Great home for a family weekend
Lots of room and a great outdoor space. We had a fun family weekend here enjoying the pool and game room. There was a maintenance issue during our stay and the host responded immediately and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here! We had five couples total and everyone had their own room. The outdoor space was amazing with the pool, fire pit and yard games. Inside, you can play pool and poker. You can even hop on hiking trails right across the street from this house. We had a great mix of relaxion and fun!

We were able to hang out and enjoy each other's company, play pool, cards, or just enjoy outdoor pool area. The house had large gathering areas when we all wanted to hang out together, but also really nice bedrooms and spaces to enjoy separately. Owner was very responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall a great little getaway! :)

We have 3 families that regularly vacation together and the location was great for a variety of activities, hiking Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Vegas Strip, trampoline park, Area 15, ice skating,etc. There was also a lot of nearby things we needed to pass on because of lack of time.
The Water Street District is nearby and they seem to be trying to improve this area. We ate at several amazing restaurants and enjoyed the area, hopefully it continues to grow.
The property manager was quick and responsive to any of our needs which was appreciated.
Our families, that include 12 people, regularly vacation together 6-12 times a year, and this place was nice. It wasn’t quite as equipped as well as some places we’ve stayed but the basics were certainly there and there were some nice perks as well.
Overall, we’d stay again and appreciate the attentiveness of the property manager.
