Great accommodations for three families in separate units. Clean, very convenient location - walk to the shops and restaurants, and attentive staff. Although I knew there were extra charges for resort fee and parking-why not just add those in the cost overall cost rather than have as an add-on. We would come here again.

The condo and the location was wonderful. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. Having chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach was an added plus! We also really want to give a shout out to Milton at the front desk and to Evan and Kyle at the pool bar! They made this stay wonderful!! Thank you to all the staff! We will return!

This is a very nice place. It is a notch above and worth a few extra bucks. Parking is easy and it’s close to everything. We will stay again! On site bar is a plus! Evan was a great bartender. We were there at off peak season so it was quiet but very relaxing. Check this place out!

The Avalon was clean and convenient. The staff was extremely kind and polite! Loved every encounter with them. We had a small issue with our door, and it was addressed immediately. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick! I will try to stay here again on my next trip to Florida! Thank you -

The property, location and support staff were excellent.

We went for my birthday get away weekend. It was spacious and clean. We stayed in a 3 bedroom. It was very co for table. Great beds, loved the keyless entry. So close to the beach and convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The pool bar staff was friendly and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!!

Very clean place. Had to ask for supplies/towels quite often- room wasn’t stocked very well. Falsely advertised as ocean view- our balcony faced a side street and you could barely see the ocean. Front desk very friendly. Overall we had fun and everyone was good to us!

Everything was perfect. The place was clean,, location is great and the staff was helpful. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Excellent place that is spotlessly clean, comfortable, brand new, and has excellent staff. We really enjoyed the free beach chairs, umbrellas and towels and as well as how accessible they are to the beach. A perfect location for walking to just about anywhere in the main strip. Staff were all excellent, friendly, kind and professional. They made everything perfect.

Everything at the Avalon Club was great, the people at the front desk and at the hotel bar were super friendly and helpful. The unit was great, clean and the kitchen included pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Less than a block to the beach, in a slightly less busy section further away from the pier. But still close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. It was also very nice that they had chairs and umbrellas to check out for the beach. All in all would stay there again!

The pull out bed was not fit for sleeping in, too uncomfortable where you could feel every spring. We asked for a regular mattress but they told us they didn’t have extras. (What hotel doesn’t have extra mattresses?) The walls were so thin that we never saw anyone in our floor but always heard people. The pool closes at 9:30 (too early) and you cannot bring drinks from outdoors into the pool area. You have to purchase the drinks from their bar, which is fine but they were out of half their drink menu, including soda. Also the air handler for the air conditioning unit is in the master bedroom so every time the A/C kicked on you woke up because it is extremely loud!!!

The hotel is beautiful. It’s right on the beach, and with three young children that made beach trips so much more enjoyable. The main kitchen/living room looked like the pictures only it felt more spacious in real life. All very clean and updated. We had a bay view and I didn’t expect much from the view, but it was beautiful! We were on the top floor so that probably helped. Loved the pool and the view from the pool. The bar was a nice touch and they gave us free champagne every night at sunset. The coffee bar is free. I didn’t think I’d care much about it but I loved it and used it every day. We were able to walk to restaurants and ice cream and t shirt shops. And the beach! Clearwater beach is so pretty. White powder soft sand and mostly clear water. The surf was more rough the first day but it was sooo gentle by the end of our stay. The kids enjoyed both types of surf. Pros: location, beach, cleanliness, updated, towel services, pool, bar, coffee bar, views, spacious, parking, pack n play with a fitted mattress available, staff was kind Cons: The ac unit is in the master and it was pretty loud. To us it was just white noise that blended in with the actual white noise machine we brought. But to some it may deter sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped but the selection of some items isn’t the best. Side note: the pillows were comfy but the beds were just ok. They weren’t bad and didn’t deter sleep but they weren’t amazing either. Also our AC worked great.

The staff was attentive, kind, and frequently went out of their way to make sure we were happy and cared for. Would definitely consider staying here again, and would recommend to families.

Really nice. Enjoyed every bit of iur stay. Very clean. Super friendly staff. A little farther down than we normally stay but loved that it wasn't crowded on te beach. Very nice to have the chairs, umbrellas and towels. We flew to Clearwater so it was great to be able to have that. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We had an awesome time at the Avalon Club! Our condo was spacious and so comfortable! Access to the beach was perfect with chairs, umbrellas and towels ready at the front desk! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!

Great time in Clearwater with family in friends…perfect location and beautiful condo

Weather didn’t cooperate but we enjoyed our stay. We liked the location which was close enough to walk to stores and restaurants but away from the crowds.

Location wonderful. Building wonderful. Condo clean and new. However, advertised as 3 bed, 3 bath. It was only 2.5 baths, which when 3 unrelated adults stay, becomes an issue. Also, 3rd bedroom barely fit the bed. There was no closet nor dresser. I had no place to put my clothes. Very disappointing. Adults are not suited to the bedroom, only kids.
