We had an issue with the shower head in the master bathroom, but it was resolved within a couple of hours. The response time and communication were excellent!The view is phenomenal—I could have sat on the balcony for days just taking it all in. The people around the property were incredibly friendly, and Marco was very helpful with setting up the beach chairs and making sure we had everything we needed.For excursions, I highly recommend Israel. He was fantastic to work with and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.The only thing that would have made the stay even better would be having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is a laundromat about a 10-minute walk away where you can drop off your laundry, and they wash, dry, and fold everything for you. The owner was amazing, and the service was outstanding.One important tip: do not rent a car from ZEZGO. We had a very frustrating experience where they tried to require us to purchase their insurance and then claimed that if someone hit our vehicle, we would still be responsible for the damages. Instead, use Uber—it’s inexpensive and much easier.Also, be sure to check out Corales Pizzería. They have a great variety of options, and the food is delicious!Overall, we had a wonderful stay, would stay here again and would definitely recommend this property.

The view from the large, open, common areas of this apartment is expansive and stunning, and the reason I booked it, despite thinking it was pricey. The space is very welcoming, both inside, the kitchen, LR and DR areas, and the large balcony, with a grill, table and chairs and great shade if you want it. That said, if I had known that a late night club with loud music was next door, I would not have booked it. The music is not my taste and went on too late. Other things worth noting: beds and seating were comfortable, appreciated that the unit has a good number of outlets, kitchen appliances worked, a small bodega around the corner had milk for coffee, juices and other basic supplies. Some coffee and sugar was left for us which was great! Last... the host, Vassily, was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Wonderful stay directly on the beach! The apartment was beautiful and clean exactly as advertised. Each bedroom has an ensuite, plus an extra halfbath. An extra air mattress was quickly delivered and fresh water sent quickly when requested. The Jumbo grocery store was a 5 Lyft each way, and inexpensive for food and supplies. The grill did not work but we otherwise had the basics to cook for 7 people for the week. There are also multiple restaurants and beach clubs nearby within walking distance. The beach itself was a dream. Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony and amazing unobstructed views. We didn’t have to worry about getting up early for chairs; we wandered down when we were ready and every day got a front row set up under umbrellas for our entire group without issue. No fighting for chairs like at the resorts! The beach is wide and clean though there was some seaweed as to be expected in January. There was a minor hiccup with pickup from the airport that we’d arranged through them and when we arrived there was no one to meet us and let us in. However once we arrived someone appeared once they knew we were there. If you arrange pickup through them, definitely use What’s App for quicker response, and be in constant contact on arrival. We arranged departure transport through them also and had no issues so maybe our arrival issues were an anomaly. Overall it was a wonderful stay; if we ever return we will definitely come back, and have already recommended it to friends!

The property is beautiful in the pictures but in reality is very worn. Definitely needs some updates and TLC.
