My family of four had a great experience at this location and we will be coming back for sure anytime we visit SoCal again. The host was easy to communicate with, the well-stocked townhome suited us perfectly from the kitchen, to the office loft, to the two ensuite master bedrooms, we couldn't ask for more. We had a delightful time in Glendale and the townhouse was perfect for our extended stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Well appointed, meticulously maintained townhome in a lovely walkable neighborhood. Easy access to stores and highways.
The hosts are responsive communicators who are both kind and generous.
I have family in the area and after a long search with many disappointments, I will be making this my “go to” place to stay whenever I am in town.

Property is exceptionally clean and location is convenient. Covered parking while steep to get in and out of was great because street parking was very full. All renters need to take into account the many steps to bring luggage to the front door and then to the bedrooms. Kitchen is somewhat under equipped but if you are not planning to cook it has all that you need. The basket of goodies was a pleasant surprise. Communication with the property manager was consistent and reliable.

We had two couples, 7 nights. We cooked about half our meals and the kitchen had just enough stuff to get by. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment is very nice. Bedrooms are up two flights of stairs but that was not a problem for us. We’d definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Location!
We had a very comfortable stay at this property. It is in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The secure underground parking spaces were especially nice! It is very close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing with easy access to highways etc. Our co-hosts Art and Armen were very quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the property. Art is an extremely welcoming and thoughtful host, who promptly responds to all our questions and requests during our entire stay. Not only did Art welcomed us with an amazing gift basket that our children love, he was understanding and accommodating. The house itself was clean, well-maintained and came with everything we needed! We really liked the fact that there were nice restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and mall nearby. Our kids enjoyed the house so much that they asked if we can stay at the same place the next time we visit Glendale again :)

This is a lovely townhouse unit in central Glendale! The hosts were so prompt and extremely accommodating. The space is very nice and clean. It is very comfortable!
The only thing to keep in mind, this is a three level unit. Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Great for getting in those steps.
There is a half bath on the the first floor.
Our family of 4 was very happy with the the gracious hosts and the accommodations!.

This is a lovely townhouse unit in central Glendale! The hosts were so prompt and extremely accommodating. The space is very nice and clean. It is very comfortable!
The only thing to keep in mind, this is a three level unit. Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Great for getting in those steps.

Be prepared to climb stairs as it’s a 3 story unit. 2 master suites is great plus a full size bed when converted from the couch was great for our teens who don’t like to share a bed. Secure underground parking is a huge plus when you have a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!

Be prepared to climb stairs as it’s a 3 story unit. 2 master suites is great plus a full size bed when converted from the couch was great for our teens who don’t like to share a bed.
