Amazing everything

The house is beautiful and offers all the amenities. The Location is close to everything you’ll want to do! This property literally has everything you need/want for a vacation with a large group. Great for kids and adults alike - highly recommmend!

The booking and all were very easy. Perfect location to walk to beach and house is amazing, big enough for family and very clean. Would recommend to anyone. Looking to rent in future for another vacation. Life was very easy in the house and kids did t want to leave. Thank you.

This was exactly what we needed for several families with kids. The house was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach every day. Management was helpful and always available.

This home was absolutely perfect! The house is very spacious, comfortable, and has a great lay out. Not to mention well equiped. There are family games, beahc chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and more. The patios and pool create an enjoyable experience without having to leave the house. The locations is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and centrally located to the island's ammenities. I will be back and highly recommend to others.

The House is absolutely breathing taking. The Owner and House Manager were so wonderful and tremendously helpful. We were extremely impressed with how organized the house was. It had everything you could possibly need or want. We were very excited to see how kid friendly it was. The kids felt like they were on an adventure. The location was perfect and we had an amazing stay.

We loved our stay at the Padre Pearl! The owners and the property manager were very accommodating! We had seven children under the age of 9 years old and eight adults. The bunk beds and the beds in the closets were very convenient. We loved that the kitchen was stocked and every floor had a washer and dryer. I came home with minimal laundry to do which makes the transition back to our day to day routine with three kids under five easier. We recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a beautiful home to accomodate multiple families. It was very relaxing and was right across from the beach. If we didn't live 20 hours away we would book every year!

My family and I have been going to S. Padre for 10+ years and this home was by far the best yet! When I came across the listing I thought it was too good to be true. The home was beautiful, spacious, fit everyone comfortably, very clean, and stocked with anything you might need to cook or entertain your family. The house has 3 washers & dryers so laundry was a breeze and I enjoyed staying on top of it! The beach was right across the street and was perfect for us to run back to the house if we forgot something or someone was tired and wanted to take a nap. The location was great so you can see and hear the ocean but also could feel the energy of the island. Courtney was very available if we had any questions and we were so grateful for her sharing her home with our family. We will be back again!

House is wonderful! Cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in on SPI. Awesome beach decor and finish out. Every pot, pan or appliance you could want (ice cream and popcorn maker). Reverse osmosis drinking water and ice maker were great. Plenty of space for multiple families- was just 4 of us and we never even went in the apartment downstairs. There is a separate bathroom by the pool which is a great feature. Lots of pool and beach toys, mats and chairs along with a wagon to haul them to the beach. Beach access is very close. So many small details you take for granted make it family friendly: step stools at bath sinks, tubs and walk in showers, lots of towels, beach towels too, liquid hand soap at every sink… just to name a few things. Can’t wait to return!

House was just as described, we really enjoyed the sunrises off the front deck, and soaked up the sun in the pool. House is well kept and extremely clean. Courtney was a great host.

Good location

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! We have a large family with lots of kids, and there was plenty of room to comfortably house all of us! The house was well equipped with all the things we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach necessities! The two living area spaces were great! It allowed for some separation of the kid and adult crowds, and the kids all LOVED the bunk bed area as well as the neat alcove beds in the stairway. And the parents of the toddlers also LOVED the built-in toddler bunk beds in the bedroom closets! Such a neat idea to be able to keep the little ones close by but out of your bed. The wrap around deck was perfect for lounging outdoors, and the pool was such a necessary amenity for the kids when the adults weren’t all quite ready to walk over to the beach. The beach access areas were literally just across the street and so so convenient! We have stayed at many condos and houses on the island, but this has been the nicest by far! The stair climbing in a three story home was an unexpected leg workout, especially when making lots of trips up and down to check on kids, but it was worth every ounce of soreness! If I had to pinpoint one tiny tiny drawback, it would just be lack of bedroom furniture storage space to be able unpack suitcases. But the platform beds were tall enough to store suitcases under for those of us that were using the closet toddler beds. Overall, this luxury beach house is the perfect kid-friendly family beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and had almost everything we needed. The location was great too. We would definitely stay here again. We had ages from 1-65 and it accommodated everyone!
