Home was exactly as it was described. Great location. Hosts were quick to respond to my texts. Only complaint I have is that I was kind of stressed due to all of the house rules.

We have stayed In this channel several years in a row and this was by far our best experience. Having access to the garage was great! (Especially if you have a boat) the home was super stylist but still very comfortable. The set up with an additional living room upstairs was so great! The kids could watch movies while the adults could watch what they wanted. The manager was very responsive— it was a great stay! Highly recommend!

Property management is problematic at best. When seeking accommodations for 13, details matter, and the property manager could not seem to get the sleeping accommodations right. In the realm of irritations, this one could be overlooked if it had been the only issue, but things got much worse from there. On the morning of our check-in, the property manager called me to tell me there were people passed out by the pool and that one had peed on the concrete next to the pool. She told me I needed to get out there and wash it off with the hose. I asked her why she was calling me as I had not checked in yet and prior occupants were definitely not my responsibility. She apologized and hung up. A few moments later she called me back to explain what had happened. During the call she got irritated with me saying I should understand people make mistakes. I replied saying this was a big second mistake and I fully expected there not to be a third. Unfortunately, we needed to check out early due to COVID. I contacted the property manager to share our situation and ask if we needed to do anything special because of the circumstances. When we left the property, I texted her saying we had left and the key was in the box, she replied with a simple thank you. TWO DAYS later, I received a message about check out time coming up. I replied that we had checked out two days prior. I sent her a copy of the text confirming the checkout. I then told her that while the property was great, we would not be coming back because after a third issue, she was a horrible property manager. That’s when she went off the rails. Telling me she was worried about my mental state, she was going to review me as a guest with emotional ups and downs and that I needed to never contact her again. At which point, I pointed out her unprofessional nature, updated my communication thread with all issues and contacted VRBO directly as personal attacks were far over the line. AND finally, after all of this, the property manager sent me a communication saying the cleaning company gave us a 5-star review and she wanted us to do the same… which was then followed by an email from her saying we caused damage to the property. The list of issues with this company never seems to end. Obviously there are many details which are not included in this review as it would be multiple pages long.. but overall, I say walk away from the property FAST

Beautiful Home - Stressful Property Management
My family and I are originally from Bullhead and used this home as a “staging” area for my sisters Celebration of Life since my mom’s house was too small and my sister loved the Colorado River. The combination of an odd “no day guests” rule, a neighbor who clearly does not want a VRBO next door, conflicting check out times that caused a chaotic exit, and multiple property managers who could be confusing or even rude throughout the stay…all kept me in a constant state of stress. I can appreciate trying to protect your beautiful river home from becoming a common “party house”. But there should be some middle ground or understanding as to why someone would spend $3500 for three nights stay at any place. Then if something does go wrong…be polite and give your guests the benefit of the doubt please. The home itself is fantastic. Interior was clean and modern. Couches are big and comfortable. The river access is quiet and secluded. The garage is massive (which makes yet another rule about no street parking actually very manageable). I would give this rental 5 stars across the board in a heartbeat if that was all I was reviewing. Unfortunately I am adjusting for the communication I received and the fact I just never felt very welcome there - more like a burden trying to tight rope these rules. It didn’t have to be that way especially when I offered months in advance to call or even meet in person ahead of time to make sure we were all on the same page. Make Megan the single point of contact. She was polite and clear. The other two “managers” need to take notes, keep me out of the middle of their own miscommunications, and back off.

Michele’s house was absolutely spotless when we arrived! The house itself was exactly as described. My only concern would be the steepness off the dock ramp but that is out of the control of Michele, water levels of the river affected this. Overall our experience was a 10/10, will definitely rent again
