This property is gorgeous. The title of waterfront is misleading. Only the people who choose to rent the houseboat can enjoy the waterfront aspect. The family is always present. I did not realize how very close their home is to the rental property. Cannot watch tv outside without their assistance. Cannot start your own fires. The owners were using their gorgeous outdoor areas on 2 of the 3 evenings we were there,. How the seating is arranged makes it is not an easily shareable place. We felt like we would be invading them if we joined. The micromanaging is over the top.

Beth and Andy’s property is amazing! Located directly on the water, we felt like we were miles away from home yet it was the perfect staycation!
From the warm hospitality to the attention to details, we truly enjoyed our stay. Pool, Outdoor lounge area, lakeside relaxation and minutes from Annapolis’s Main Street, this place was perfect! A best kept secret that I had to share!

Beth & Captain Andy are the quintessential VRBO Hosts. Communication was excellent, complete, cordial, and fast.
Our first visit to Annapolis was spawned by the idea of seeing the US Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration.
Well, we had no idea it was graduation week at the Naval Academy; and Beth ensured that we were well-prepared to fully enjoy our time during this very busy (aka crowded) week in Annapolis. Her recommendations and guidance were spot-on. From restaurants to an amazing time with Captain Andy who offered a charter on one of their boats to the the Blue Angels from the water- which was nothing less than spectacular.
Their VRBO is indeed an oasis- and in a phenomenal location- close to just about everything, yet very private and exclusive.
We will certainly return next visit to Annapolis, and will recommend to friends without reservation.

We loved it. the bathroom is large (fyi not much privacy as the vaulted ceilings are open above the bathroom door.)

We had an amazing experience with Beth and Andy. Beth was very proactive on giving us advice on activities. Captain Andy gave us a great boat tour around Annapolis, the kids had a blast learning to wake board. Great host, fantastic location, beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Beth and Andy have created a true oasis for their guests. The property was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was bright, open and very clean. They provided everything that we could possibly need so we were able to just relax. We so enjoyed the property! They have a fantastic view of the water and the pool area was amazing! Beth and Andy are amazing hosts; they have somehow perfected the art of being hospitable and available without being intrusive. We had a wonderful stay and we'll definitely be back.

If you’re visiting Annapolis, and would like to stay in a Maryland oasis, look no further. We had a memorable stay celebrating our anniversary. The attention to detail, wonderful pool, fireplace, and professionalism are unparalleled . We have traveled abroad and stayed in many resorts, this was by far the best! Thank you both for a getaway to remember, next time we will plan to bring the whole family!

Annapolis getaway
Beth and Andy were Outstanding hosts! Their property was beautifully kept and the in ground pool with a waterfall made it an oasis. Beth communicated with me immediately after we booked the reservation. She provided excellent restaurant suggestions (ice cream shops too) and made herself available for any questions we might have during our stay. The rental property was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. Andy provided boat excursions (at a cost) and is always looking for a good challenge in cornhole. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with our fellow veterans Beth and Andy.

Great Getaway!
I took my 18- and 19-year-old teenagers to Maryland for the 4th of July weekend, and this rental made it a perfect weekend. This property is absolutely amazing! Andy and Beth are the friendliest people you could ever meet. The pool was the nicest pool we have ever swam in. Extremely clean place, with plenty of space for us. The kids and I went crabbing on the property. There is so many things to do on the property we hated to leave. I would highly recommend this property if you were visiting the area!

Exactly as described and hoped for!
Beth and Andy were phenomenal hosts and provided everything we could’ve hoped for! The property was picturesque and we enjoyed a great time hanging out on the dock near the river and by the fire pit by the pool! While we were on the same property as the owners, we never felt like we or they were intruding or anything! Also went to a great local restaurant for super that was ~5 min away. Will definitely be the first place we look to in the future for the area!

This is an absolutely beautiful property that would be amazing to chill out on a warm weekend just hanging outside in their lovely backyard watching the water. But it was nice even in February cold too! Perfect size and well appointed with all you could need. Highly recommended!

If you're like so many of us out there looking to just transport yourself away from your everyday life and feel far enough away that you can breathe again but still want to be close to fun spots to go visit then this is your place!
Not only did I plan my pre-wedding weekend here, but the owners of this location helped me with several of the plans that made everything come together. Helpful suggestions about the local florists at; Michael Designs Florist (Thank you again Jim and Shaun!) Places to go into town for last-minute items! And they even were happy to have a group of choir singers there to surprise the wife-to-be.

(We stayed in November.). The owners are next door but you have ample privacy. I didn’t have to worry about my 7 yo waking anyone up. He loved the lights strung along the path to the river. This was our best VRBO experience yet.
