My family and I thought the Villa was lovely and location was perfect. The only down side I’m afraid was it could have been a lot cleaner, we got the impression the couple who look after it just do the very minimum to get by.

We had a really wonderful time at this villa. A very comfortable luxury place to stay with all of the required facilities Spotless clean, extremely comfortable beds, with all the requirements in the well fitted out very spacious and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need from chopping board to ironing board. We arrived late evening, finding and getting into the villa was easy because the owner emailed us very precise directions & instructions prior to our arrival. The location is fantastic and the views out over the harbor and the sea are divine, you could sit all day mezmerised, fabulous at night too while sitting in the hot-tub looking out at the harbor lights. The pool is fantastic and has lots of sunbeds around it! Overall, would highly recommend this place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here Loved it!! Fabulous holiday!! Gavin Hackett Enfield

This villa is fantastic. It is is fully equipped with every facility you could possibly ask for and spotlessly clean and fresh, to say the very least. It's location is in what can only be described as perfect and we couldn't believe how tranquil and quiet the surroundings were even though the old town itself was very busy and packed with crowds of people during our stay. There are some terrific restaurants, bars and cafes very close-by, only a minutes walk all on level ground, plus a British butchers shop and supermarket also only 1 minutes walk away. Johanna was super efficient to deal with and kept us up to speed on everything we needed to know and where to go. It was hardship in the extreme to rise every morning and sit out on the Sun terrace with its beautiful views of the harbor & sea, the mountains in the background and Furteventura across the water in the distance, extremely hard. The sun rises on the Sun-terrace and shines on it all day with a magical sunset to finish off every day. With the huge pool and the giant hot tub we were just spoiled, Peter and Adrianne, the maintenance team are right on hand to sort out any issues that may arise, they also do a first class job maintaining the villa, just fab, many thanks to both of you too. Thank you all so much for the use of this lovely villa in this little piece of paradise. We had the best quality Family time together and the most perfect holiday ever. Sincere and many thanks to all of you, Peter, Adrianne and Johanna. We'll return for sure and we'll give only the highest recommendation to Family and friends, will talk soon. We, my wife and I are just back from the most fantastic 7 nights in this villa. Everything is as, or even better than the description. The facilities and amenities are first class, second to none and everything you could possibly need is supplied. The location is just fantastic, and the views from the patio are such that it is difficult for me to describe, suffice to say stunning. Excellent supermarket very close by along with some super restaurants and bars, and its only a short walk to the main harbor area. I have to mention "Marios", a fantastic Italian Restaurant. Staff very friendly, food excellent, cheap as chips, had some great nights here, only I minutes walk from the villa. Many many thanks to Johanna who made everything so easy during booking, and also to Peter and Adrienne for all their assistance, great service guys. This property is all they promise and more, the attention to detail is amazing, total luxury, first class!! We will be coming back next year. We are already planning our return!! It was everything we wanted and more! Our family and friends were able to meet and mingle, and we were able to spend quality time with everyone The villa is in excellent condition and all the beds are very comfortable. We had 3 couples and 2 kids and there was something for us all to do. Whether you are there to just hang out, chill and relax or go to the beach every day, this villa is perfect (our group had someone doing both every day). We could not have gone out to eat and gotten a better setting than the villas sun decks overlooking the harbour, with its fabulous pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend this house!!! We just loved everything about the property. The villa manager Adrienne was amazing and she made our stay very very special, a true ambassador thank you, and you too Johanna, your advice was most helpful, looking forward to dealing with you again. From the moment we opened the front door it was clearly evident that this was an excellently maintained property and spotlessly clean, we knew immediately that we had stumbled on a little gem and following further exploration our instincts were confirmed. This villa is much better than it looks on the website photographs. Luxury is the best word to describe and there is nothing that hasn’t been catered for, from beach towels to a garlic crusher. Excellent wi-fi very comfortable furnishings and excellent beds insuring a great nights sleep, all in all, top class amenities. The cleanliness of the amenities were second to none. We spent many peaceful days by the pool as well as spending some time on the beach. It has an ideal location offering easy access to many bars and some great restaurants just 1 minute away. Also a supermarket within a few yards of the villa, so should you need fresh milk etc it will take no time at all to pop out and get it. Some days we didn’t leave the villa, the beautiful sea views and large spacious Sun terrace ( sun shines on this all day ), gave us all we needed for a quiet reflective and relaxing day. We as a rule eat out every night while on holiday, however the amenities and comfort at hand meant that it was hard to leave, so we cooked in instead for 4 nights, great kitchen, any would be Gordon Ramsays dream. It was a real home from home and we fully intend to make it our number 1 Winter and Summer destination. Thank you for an amazing, trouble free faultless holiday. Janine Parsons

This villa is something else. Between the pool and the hot tub we were simply spoiled for choice, the villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly ask for and spotless to say the least. It's in what could only be described as a perfect location and we couldn't believe how quiet it was although the old town itself was choc-a-bloc packed every night. There are some fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars close by only a minutes walk with no hills, plus the supermarket and English butchers shop also 1 minutes walk away. Christine kept us up to date with everything and everywhere we needed to know and to go...(thanks so much)... . It was great to get up in the morning and come out on the terrace with such beautiful views of the harbor & sea, the mountains and Fuerteventura across the water in the distance, magic. The sun rises up on the huge Sun-terrace and stays on it all day with a beautiful sunset to end every day....and should you have any problem while there, Peter and Adrianne are right on hand to sort everything out, they also do a super job maintaining the villa, which is just fab, many thanks to both of you. Having been provided with location details (the pre holiday emails were very helpful), the journey from the airport was swift. Access to the property was as described and fortunately we were able to check in before the official check in time Lovely spacious kitchen, utility area and lounge areas. The property was spotless and we were able to start the holiday immediately. There are plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen and the all important dishwasher and washing machine proved invaluable. There is also an excellent Wi-Fi connection. The property is away from the hustle and bustle but if you're after peace and quiet in a really nice area then I don't think you can beat it. We are regular visitors to Puerto del Carmen and have stayed in several other types of accommodation in several other areas and this was by far the best. All in all we couldn't find one negative aspect of this property. A lot of effort has clearly gone in to ensuring those using it feel right at home from the minute they arrive. I would hesitate to recommend the property to others in case it is not available when we look to book our next trip! We hope to return there very soon! The Wilson Family Nov 3rd to 8th 2018

We spent 5 wonderful nights in no5 Bellavista. It is a very special place and by far the best accommodation that we have stayed in in 20 years of visiting the island. The villa is very nicely decorated with a home from home feel. It has three very spacious double bedrooms (two ensuite) with very comfortable beds. It also has three bathrooms all with lovely waterfall showers. The living accommodation and kitchen area is huge with beautiful panoramic views of the sea from both areas. It is much bigger than my house at home! On arrival the table was beautifully set up with Delph and glassware and the kitchen was fully stocked with every piece of equipment you could dream of. We challenged each other to find something they were missing and we failed! We thought we had found something when we couldn’t find a umbrella during a huge storm on our last day but then found one after getting soaked! A shopping trolley on wheels would be the only thing that would be a great help. We used one of our cases which worked fine! There is a great utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine/dryer and iron etc and we used this twice during our stay. There is a full sky tv package with all the Irish and uk channels and a bookcase full of books for cloudy or rainy days. Outside there is a wonderful jacuzzi on the veranda overlooking the pool. We had the pool to ourselves the entire stay. There is lovely seating area overlooking the sea below. There is a supermarket (spar) two mins walk from the villa with a lovely restaurant called Marina next door. It’s a 5/10 mins downhill walk to the old town and strip. The taxi ride home cost about 4 Euro each night. It’s a very steep climb to walk home! The biosphere centre is 10/15 mins easy downhill walk also but taxi home is advisable. All in all a most wonderful place to stay and we will definitely return. Thanks to Shirley and Joanna.

Eight of us stayed in this villa in October '18. We were very pleasantly surprised at how fabulous it was, it had everything that we needed and had much more than we expected. We were looking for some winter sun and it turned out to be the most fantastic break. The first thing to say is that this villa is World class and simply exceptional. We found that it was ideally suited for us - The accommodation is a leisurely 1 or 2 minute walk from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all on the flat. Just a 3 or 4 stroll from the harbor (with lots of nice restaurants), and 4 or 5 minute easy walk to the nice sandy beaches at Playa Chica or Playa Grande. The area is nice and quiet and the villa has a luxurious large and spacious master bedroom with big ensuite and direct access on to the sun-teraces. All of the bedrooms are a good size with proper size very comffortable beds and all rooms have air conditioning. The wifi is very good and reliable and the pool is great - South facing overlooking the sea and harbor with fabulous views. You get sun on the villas sun-terraces and the pool all day long, sun-up sun-down . Overall, this villa was luxurious and spacious and exceptional value for money, and was much nicer than expected and very comfortable for the 8 of us. If you are looking for a relaxing break in a luxury villa with a stunning location and views, this is what you are looking for, it doesn't get better. We would all of us highly recommend this villa and will hopefully be coming back next year. The sooner the better can't wait.

This Villa had everything that we might have asked for or needed and much more than we expected. Situated in a fab location the villa is not overlooked and has complete privacy. The villa was luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool was a great size and was excellent for a cooling dip, the hot-tub is a fantastic amenity. The villa is very well located for exploring the island and benefits from being close to the "Montana Tropical" which is a fantastic restaurant and bar experience in a unique setting overlooking the sea. It is also close to the Old Town center which offers excellent restaurants bars and shopping at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody looking for a luxury relaxing holiday - My wife and I were there as a couple but there was more than enough space for eight adults and the villa would easily be very comfortable for a family of eight. Before we, ( a party of 8 people ) ever arrived the helpful and welcoming information we received from the owner was all that we needed to set us up for a relaxing holiday. The villa accommodation is luxurious spacious, modern and comfortable and provided us with all and more than we needed for the week we were there. Spacious bedrooms and ample bathroom facilities, wonderful outdoor space, a short walk from the marina and sandy beach, shops bars and restaurants. We looked directly over the communal swimming pool which was a good size with our own private entrance from the villas sun-terrace, and we never saw anyone else use the pool while we were there. We would recommend a visit to "Mario's" for a meal. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the service is friendly in the scenic, outdoor seated restaurant. All in all a beautiful location, fabulous accommodation, excellent service from the owner and a wonderful holiday enjoyed by us all. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for a wonderful relaxing holiday, and will have no hesitation in returning. Jim Jones

We just wanted to thank the owners so much for sharing their beautiful Lanzarote home with us. Although we have been visiting the island for nearly 17 years, this has without doubt been our favourite stay. The accommodation is amazing and we could never grow tired of the stunning view. Peter and Adrienne were so helpful; it's very reassuring to have such lovely local contact. The location was perfect for us; quiet enough to relax completely, but still close enough to walk to restaurants and shops (particularly the delicious Marios restaurant).
