This is a beautiful spacious house on a street that is in transition but it feels safe and we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and to the river from the house. Someone had cleaned well before we came in. The problem with the house is that first, the outdoor space is not usable at all because the furniture is really, really dirty and the back and front yards are just totally derelict and overgrown. We were hoping to sit outside and have cocktails with our family, etc. but that was not possible. Even the front porch is dirty. Also the interior of the house looks like the pictures except there are many small things that need to be fixed. The water pressure in one bathroom was not adequate to take a shower; the handle on the freezer is broken and the freezer does not make much ice; the window shades in the living room are partially broken; one chair in the living room is broken and we kept joking that the person sitting in it was in the "squeaky chair" because it squeaked when you leaned back; the rugs are dirty and worn; the walls need painting; and so on. For the price we were disappointed that it seemed somewhat rundown and I would not stay there again.

The location was good. Check in and out was easy. The back yard was not not cared for and so we did not use it. The place meet our needs

The house itself was nice but the location was sketchy. The air conditioning was clearly not turned on until the morning we arrived and did not cool the house whatsoever. 105 degree heat and the house was 86 inside until the following day. The fridge also didn’t cool down until after a couple of days, which resulted in some of our food spoiling.
Pros were that it was close to downtown and the rooms were big.

We were a family of 8 of 3 generations. The room set up was great for us. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and common space. Easy parking. tip: if you want to take a walk go left out of the front door to see very nice homes Vs right. Responsive staff.

Looks better in person than in the pictures. Plenty of space for adults. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property needs a little bit of maintenance: two lightbulbs were out in the kitchen fixtures, lightbulbs out in the primary bath, leaking sink in primary bath, squirrelly kitchen faucet, a broken picture. It’s just too beautiful of a space to let it go downhill - with some light maintenance it will be in tip-top shape and you will absolutely love renting it!!!!

Beautiful property
Looks better in person than in the pictures. Plenty of space for adults. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property needs a little bit of maintenance: two lightbulbs were out in the kitchen fixtures, lightbulbs out in the primary bath, leaking sink in primary bath, squirrelly kitchen faucet, a broken picture. It’s just too beautiful of a space to let it go downhill - with some light maintenance it will be in tip-top shape and you will absolutely love renting it!!!!

I would recommend this listing, we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 3 couples, especially the bathrooms, everyone had their own! There was plenty of space, the kitchen area was very nice. The house was very spacious and was great for 4 people. The location is excellent and is walking distance to the vibrant restaurant and club scene in Downtown Austin. We could have used more towels and the number of utensils and kitchen equipment is somewhat Spartan. Overall it was a very positive stay for the four of us.

Great house!!!
But the slashing of the tires on the entire block this past Saturday night put a damper on our last day in Austin trying to find 4 tires for all vehicles took all day and we did not get to do all the things we had planned yesterday 😑

Stayed here for 4 days, upon arrival had issues with the door keypad to work, had to call the mgmt. co. "TurnKey" to assist (followed the directions on email for arrival - still door didn't unlock). Parking is at the front of the house (first come first parking) and it wasn't an issue. Be sure upon arrival to any stay if you see damages to house, in this case, dent in fridge door, broken blinds on plantation shutters, etc. Noticed 2 windows were open in master bathroom. And some of the windows in the house, locks were open. Reason for 3 stars - for the Master bathroom, the shower floor was slippery! Be careful, thank God I took my time walking in. Also the laundry room door seems to get stuck if the house is warm, the directions when leaving the house to put the temperature at 79 degrees Farenheight (in the summer!), called the mgmt company 2 times about the laundry room door so we could wash clothes, their field worker, came to the house unannounced since she was in the area and opened the door. She left me a voice message after she left. Didn't feel comfortable w/this. Also the washer machine had issues with draining set me back with washing since day 1. Overall, good location, nice house, needs maintenance with cleaning outside/inside, appliances, etc. Sofa was uncomfortable and MB beds were very low for tall folks. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

Cute House, close to downtown
The pictures represent the house well. The kitchen and livingroom are spacious. Only suggest little things like larger coffee mugs and extra garbage bags. Beds are comfortable, two of the bedrooms/bathrooms are small, but nice that each room has its own bathroom (the water in the large bath never seemed to get hot). We spent a fair amount of time outside. The space is nice but chairs and table very dirty from the trees. Comfortable chairs with removable cushions and a storage box would make the backyard space more inviting. Neighborhood is super cute and downtown/6th Street only a mile away, and Rainey Street even closer. We picked up scooters in town and used them during the day / Uber at night.

Great location, great house, bring your own supplies
Loved everything about this property but kitchen supplies. We booked this house bc of the size of the kitchen. It allowed for us to all be in the same area without feeling crowded. It definitely lacked in kitchen supplies especially knives. They had one sharp knife (that wasn’t even sharp) in the whole place. I realize this is a rental but they could use a good knife set. We brought everything else we would need to cook as I didn’t expect salt, pepper, sugar, etc. I would absolutely rent this cute house again as the location is great and it is spacious and sleeps a ton of people.
