The check-in process regarding parking and having a pet was more complicated than getting a mortgage. Otherwise, the condo is as advertised and was clean.

Everything was great except that it was listed as total price, but there were additional fees for parking armbands and pets for the property. Perhaps those should be mentioned

The beach access and the view from the condo were both amazing. We watched dolphins swim each morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The beach was beautiful. The condo was so comfortable and plenty spacious for our group of 5, plus our french bulldog. There was plenty of room to set up his crate in the hallway. We would definitely book this unit again!

The room was not cleaned properly whenever we first got there, so we had to clean it ourselves. However, the hostess was very good at communicating and if we ever had a problem then they tried to correct it. They were going to have it cleaned again, but it was pointless since we already took care of it. The latch on the main sliding door also wouldn’t lock (we had small children so that was a concern) and the property manager came and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and even brought us donuts the next morning that were the BEST donuts that we’ve ever had! We got to check in at 10 am instead of 4 pm for an extra fee, but it was worth it. Honestly, any complaints that we had was more towards the actual resort. One example that was a little unsettling is when we came back from the beach to our door cracked open and people that worked for the resort were inside fixing the sprinklers and said that we should’ve been notified by our hostess that they would be there… Which obviously we weren’t! Then they said that they would be back later that week as well to cut into the drywall for whatever reason, but thankfully they didn’t come. I’d definitely say that we have had better experiences at other resorts, but overall we still had a nice vacation!
