The condo is gorgeous and in the perfect location! It was very clean and check-in was easy. The pool was very nice, and we had a great view. We were told the dishwasher was inoperative ahead of time, but no worries, we planned on eating out most of the time and have no trouble handwashing with the kits they offered! We were pretty disappointed with some issues with the golf cart that impacted a good chunk of our stay, though. The cart being a major reason we booked this particular unit. How they the golf cart registration go a month expired when they are renting it out is beyond me, but we were threatened with a personal fine the one day we drove it and we didn't have access to gates. The property management was incredibly responsive when we reached out, but it felt like we had to chase them around about the issue. We love Sandestin for its golf cart accessibility and have stayed many times, always seeking out a rental including a golf cart as a result. I’m normally willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but it went from “it will be fixed first thing in the morning!” to “we don’t have an eta on the new sticker” over the course of two days. Needless to say, it put a damper on our trip not having access to the cart and having to constantly reach out to property management for answers.Overall, great property and the registration has finally been m

We were very happy with the place we stayed at and the location of it. It had everything anyone could need! The host checked in regularly which made us feel very comfortable in case we needed something or had a question. We loved having the golf cart getting back and forth to certain places.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view as well.
