the place was clean. The weather was not the best to go out and about. But we don't mind we just enjoy each other. The recliner could really be replaced. the material is coming off and it gets all over the floor. Kimberly you were very good with getting back with me if I had any questions. So thank you for that. Enjoyed those little chipmunks running around.

Can’t say enough about this little gem. We are a family of four (5yr old and 9mo old) and decided to invite my mom last minute. The cottage truly met all of our needs and the friendly next door neighbors were an added bonus. We loved this place so much that I already reserved for next year’s trip as I know they will book up quickly. Another great review for the eager vacationer to read!

This was our first time in Rhode Island and the accommodations couldn’t be better. We’re a family of 4 with 2 small kids and often find it hard to find a perfect sized house. They’re either large homes (which doesn’t find our needs) or an apt. This was a perfect sized place within short distances to all the attractions. The owners were very responsive and had great restaurants and beach recommendations. Our only hope is that this place is available next summer!

We attended a wedding in Westerly, and this cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. It exceeded expectations, and the location was convenient to everything. The cottage was so clean and bright, and absolutely charming!

Great fun exploring Westerly & nearby locations. The beach pass & supplies were wonderful. Even in the shade, watching the waves was hypnotic….& sitting on the beach was a great way to de-stress. The cottage was exactly as advertised & the homeowners were very responsive.

Our niece got married at a vineyard in Stonington and there were festivities all weekend. This cottage was a sweet spot for my husband and I to stay. The property was charming and immaculately clean. Kim is a wonderful host who responded immediately to any questions I had. We would definitely return!!

This cozy cottage is very clean and well stocked with all you need for a beach vacation. The nearby beaches were nice and we appreciated the proxomity to the ferry to Block Island.

When we arrived to the house, everything was clean. The house is cozy, but very adequate and functional.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions.
We recommend this house without reservation, and would stay here again if our travels brought us to the area.

My family and I stayed in July for our beach vacation. We had a fantastic time. The house was so clean! We loved the decor, comfortable beds & furniture. The owners really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need for your stay. My kids loved the games (pinball machine) and play area at the end of the street. Very quiet area despite cottages being close together. We appreciated the parking pass which gave us acess to very nice nearby beach about 8 min away. I would recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this cabin in Westerly. Everything we needed was there for us to have an enjoyable stay. Easy check-in process and prompt reply's from the owner. The cabin is close to Mystic Seaport/Watchhill/beautiful beaches and day trips to Newport. This was our first visit to Rhode Island and we absolutely LOVE the area. We will definately stay in this cabin again!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband, myself and my mother. The AC kept the house nice and cool, even when it was hot outside, the beds were very comfortable and the under-bed storage in the master bedroom was perfect! Everything we could possibly need was provided and the laundry was a huge perk! The neighbors seemed close at first, but the neighborhood is so quiet you’d hardly know anyone else was there. We’re already hoping to book again soon!

The property was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. Hosts were very easy to deal with and were very accommodating when I had left with the beach pass. They met me enroute to collect it.

This cottage was in a great quiet location. Comes with a beach sticker to their town beach.
The only two problems were :
1. The shower curtain is a bit smelly and moldy in places. I believe you can wash it in the washer on low and add a bit of bleach. Remind people to always drawer it closed when done so it doesn't get moldy.
2. A small black room deoderizer behind the recliner is very caustic smelling. I put it in a drawer till I left, then put it back.
I would certainly stay there again. It had everything you would need to be comfortable.

The cottage was a great place for us to stay while at Westerly for a wedding. It’s clean and comfortable. Although other cottages are close, it was quiet. Plenty of options for meals and coffee nearby. Beach pass was also provided.

We had 3 adult females in the property. The cottage is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, all amenities one could ask for. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Booking, check in/out was so simple. Our host kim was so nice to work with answering any question i had promptly and readily available throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed!!

We had a great time, my now fiancé, mom and dad. Perfect location, beautiful neighborhood and amazing little cozy cottage. The host supplied everything we possibly needed from toiletries to condiments and we truly had the best time! We will strongly consider staying here again! It was just perfect

This property is stellar. It is beautifully updated, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. We stayed with our two children who loved having their own space and television! The beach pass was super helpful and we used it daily-a short drive to the ocean made this the perfect beach getaway. Neighbors are close but very quiet and friendly. Overall a wonderful property with attentive hosts-highly recommend!

Perfect getaway
This little cottage had everything, I mean everything you need for a beach vacation. It was clean and cute, excellent use of space for a small space! You literally just need to bring your cloths. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend for a family of 4. Our two children 10 and 13 enjoyed the bunk beds and having a tv in their room, while we enjoyed the comfortable reclining chairs A/C & laundry. Only a 7 min ride to the beach complete with beach chairs, umbrella and a beach parking pass. Location was perfect close to everything. Highly recommend

Cute and Cozy
We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little private unit. It was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. The owner was responsive about the dishes that had food residue so should not be a problem again. (The downside of relying on previous renters to clean dishes thoroughly.) Convenient to beaches, charming towns and restaurants! I recommend it!

Stress-free Break!
We were looking for a nice place to stay a few days that wasn’t too expensive and this was perfect! The location was great as it let us explore many different areas of Westerly and CT, and the cottage itself was cozy and very clean. The property owners were super cooperative and communicative with us and answered all our questions ASAP!

I had no communication from anyone on my anticipated arrival. A few hours before arriving I had to message on how to check in.
There were no linens! This was in the last line of description of property, and it was an oversight on my part because I hadn’t looked at the listing in over a month since I booked it, but I feel like I should of had some sort of welcome email with instructions and reminders well before a few hours before check in. Luckily I was staying 20 minutes from family and borrowed some towels and sheets.
The kitchen was a bit dirty, the drying rack in the sink was dirty, there was food dripped on the front of cabinets.
Also - it should be listed that the coffee maker is a keurig. I brought ground coffee and filters and couldnt use it which was also super frustrating.
Some of the mattress pads had stains and there was hair and them. One mattress was missing a pad. It was dirty and I felt very uncomfortable.
Otherwise the cottage was clean and well maintained but the mattress situation was a total turn off.

Great place for a Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at Jeffrey's cottage. It was clean and inviting and had everything that you would need. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We cooked steak on the grill and had a nice dinner. Jeffrey answered any questions that I had quickly. We all decided that we would definitely come back again. Thanks again!
