We had a wonderful time! The home was exactly as pictured and in a nice quiet neighborhood near amenities. More than enough room for all 5 of our children and us. The pool was very nice and just the right size. We enjoyed a lot of time in the back yard. Highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the future!

Hello! I booked this home during my stay to Miami for my friends birthday/work , as he is an artist. We were told at 9am after the first stay to vacate the property, by 11am, with nowhere to stay. We didn’t break any*** rules. As a matter of fact, we chilled around the pool pretty much all night. This is not a home you want to book while looking for a stay in Miami.

We were very happy with the owner and his accommodations right from the time we booked until we left. He was able to help us (due to availability) with an early check-in and was very reachable throughout our stay. We had some one-off issues come up (Nest thermostat battery dying, the pool heater was stuck in lock-out mode after pool cleaners came) but Vanny responded quickly both in communication (within an hour) and action (batteries delivered same day, and the maintenance guy came same day for pool heater). To me, this is top-notch service as these aren't foreseeable issues.
The house is laid out great, with a large beautiful master suite on one end, 2 good size rooms and a kid's room with bunk beds on the other end, and a very large open living room/kitchen/dining room in between. It is tucked in the back of a nice neighborhood, but only 7-10 mins away from University Ave and the endless options of food and entertainment, including Publix and Whole Foods. The beach and Las Olas BLVD (also tons to do we found) were only about 20 min drives so the kids didn't melt from too long of a ride. Will absolutely be staying here anytime we come to ft Lauderdale. We stayed here for four days and had a great experience all around. Check-in was super easy and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions. The house is super clean! Would definitely recommend.

This was a great property but the house rules are a little intense. We had a family member come over to visit us that we haven’t seen in years. In the morning I received a text from the owners about our visitor. While the house was clean and the pictures are accurate we felt like we were always being watched. I understand not having a party or a ton of visitors over. I also understand the quiet time between 10-7 but we’re on vacation!

Our family had a great time here. The house is in a great location, clean and quiet. We had all amenities needed and enjoyed the pool so much. The owner was very attentive and ensure all our questions were answered!! We will be back very soon!!

Nos corrieron de la casa y solo nos dieron 1 hora para abandonar la propiedad algo inumano debido a que andamos bebes asta de 2 años y a esa hora tuvimos que salir a buscar de emergencia un lugar donde poder dormir no los dieron ni la noche para desalojar y hacer check out en la mañana siguiente y con respecto al dinero no rembolsaron nada

Hidden Getaway
Tucked away in a friendly neighborhood. This home exceeded expectations! Close enough to the shops and casino that we could get there and back quickly with a rental or cheap uber; but also just far enough away that we had a place to get away to relax by the end of the nights. Well maintained and very spacious; the home had everything we needed and the pool/ hot tub was a nice bonus. Vanny the property manager was extremely friendly and let us have our freedom while there but was also readily available if needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The home was beautiful and well kept. The pool was great being heated. The kids really enjoyed it. All beds were comfy except the master bed. It almost seemed like a water bed or air bed. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. Kid friendly neighborhood. Very close to shopping areas and malls!

Great Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at this property in FL. It was exactly what we expected. It was very clean and well-maintained. The kids had a blast swimming every day. The location is perfect to major roadways and local restaurants and stores. Vanny is a great owner and answered all my questions and provided many great recommendations during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend!

Beautifully remodeled home!!
This was a wonderful VRBO property. Recently remodeled, with beautiful furniture, beds, fixtures, etc. Lots of storage, so we didn't feel like we were living in suitcases. Appreciated the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) that were supplied, because they haven't been in other VRBO rentals we have used. Host was SUPER responsive and friendly. Super clean, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely look for VRBO rentals for ones managed/owned by Vanny -- VERY NICE!! Thanks again from Montana!

Property was clean and in a great neighborhood. Everything was perfect honestly! Host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Couldn't have been better! I've stayed at numerous VRBOs, atleast 6 in Florida and this was by far the best!! Don't hesitate to book!

Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out. Property manager was very attentive and great at communicating. The house had a great set up, prime location, and great outdoor space!!! Lots of little extras (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, ect..) at the house that we enjoyed!! We all agreed we would stay here again!!
