Matt and Lisa (owners) and Jack (manager) are simply amazing. They all made us feel very welcomed and provided lots of advice on things to do in the Tuscon area. They were very communicative and were able to address any questions we had. The property is beautiful. It has such a huge and beautifully landscaped garden that is terrific for spending time outside including in front of the fireplace, around the pool or at the outside dining table. The outdoor stove was a dream to use. Inside the house was immaculate, lots of space for hanging out and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans and essentials. The welcome package was wonderful and a nice touch. The location is great for getting into the city, restaurants, grocery stores and outdoor hikes/national park, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and morning or evening walks are very pleasant with friendly folks in the street. We had an amazing time there and it comes with our highest recommendations. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this ranks at the selected top. We hope to return one day.

We have rented this property 2 years in a row and are planning on renting again next year. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and the house is both beautiful and comfortable. It has lovely, peaceful landscaping and its own pool which is pretty much heaven on Earth. We have found the property's location to be convenient for lots of golfing and for getting to downtown Tucson.

The property was spectacular, back yard oasis and home were perfectly appointed. The pool was sparkling and warm. We swam, laid in the sun and relaxed by the outdoor fireplace. Matt & Lisa were amazing hosts, very wonderful people and property manager Jack made sure we had everything we needed and was super attentive. Wonderful vacation, we already planned our next trip back! Perfect vacation home with everything we could have wanted. Memories were made! Can’t wait to go back!

An outstanding three-week retreat for the two of us plus family/friends who visited for a few overnights . The Desert Treehouse offers comfortable, homey and spacious accommodations, a stunning private backyard and great location for hiking, shopping & restaurants. Our experience was further elevated by the accessible, responsive and gracious property manager Jack and owner Matt -- the best customer service we've ever been treated to at a vacational rental; thank you Jack & Matt!
Although during our stay the weather ranged from cool (blustery wind, rain and snow!) to warm, we greatly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces, including the heated pool and outdoor fireplace. We loved The Desert Treehouse so much we've already booked our return!

Very roomy and good location to restaurants. This is the best equipped VRBO we have used with coffee, welcome gift and plenty of items in the pantry and refrigerator to use. The owners were very responsive to questions and minor issues.
Definitely recommend this house.

Perfect relaxing space for our respite from a busy family wedding week! Gorgeous backyard. Several lounging areas, in the home and on patios, gave us all (6) plenty of comfortable places to hang out together or alone. We loved the character of this old Adobe ranch house!

Very central location. Property was perfect for two families given how the bedrooms are grouped together. Loved the sitting rooms and the yard. Had an issue while we were there, but the owner/property manager addressed it right away. They were very responsive.

The Tree House was a great home base for our stay. We were there to move our daughter back to U of A. We loved the "retro" feel of the house with modern accents and conveniences. I must say our favorite part of the house was the backyard! The setting was beautiful and calming. Being August, the temperatures were exceptionally hot, but I was able to work outside under the pergola for a couple of hours in the morning. I would run the fountain during that time - it was so peaceful and I was very productive with my work! I'd reward myself with a dip in the pool afterward. The hosts welcomed me with a phone call a few days prior to our visit and the Property Manager Jack checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you to Lisa and Matt for sharing their home and to Jack for his attentiveness. It's a hidden treasure in the foothills and worth the 20 min drive down to campus every day.

Several hiking areas nearby and a visit and lunch at Tohono Chul park is a must! We saw a rattlesnake and coyotes on our hikes. Thank goodness they weren’t too close but fun to see!
This property is incredible but what is outstanding is the customer service! They thought of everything to make our week the best and Jack the property manager checked in to see if we needed anything!!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties across the US, but this one is a real standout! A lovely one floor house thoughtfully decorated and appointed. The grounds are amazing with mountain views and beautiful desert landscaping. A beautiful pool and it was worth the expense to heat the pool! Every morning I was able to take a run in the neighborhood and follow it with a swim - in February- a treat for this New Yorker! Owners/manager very accessible. Close to so many sites and very very relaxing. It was hard to leave. This is my dream house!

Amazing Property in the Catalina Foothills
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties across the US, but this one is a real standout! A lovely one floor house thoughtfully decorated and appointed. The grounds are amazing with mountain views and beautiful desert landscaping. A beautiful pool and it was worth the expense to heat the pool! Every morning I was able to take a run in the neighborhood and follow it with a swim - in February- a treat for this New Yorker! Owners/manager very accessible. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway at the Oracle Heights Estates. The outside patio, pool and garden were divine. It was very quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood, outside of the downtown. Both Jack, the property manager and Matt & Lisa, the owners, were very available and accommodating. The house had everything you need, and was quite cozy while being very spacious. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful house for your next Tucson getaway. I know I will be back

A slice of heaven
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway at the Oracle Heights Estates. The outside patio, pool and garden were divine. It was very quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood, outside of the downtown. Both Jack, the property manager and Matt & Lisa, the owners, were very available and accommodating. The house had everything you need, and was quite cozy while being very spacious. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful house for your next Tucson getaway. I know I will be back

This property was as beautiful inside and out as the listing. Wonderful, relaxing sitting spaces inside and outside the house. The dining room had a large dining room table to break bread together, and a functional kitchen with any appliance needed, as well as cookware and other kitchen gadgets.

Thanksgiving in the Catalina Foothills
We absolutely loved this home. If you can pull off Thanksgiving dinner with all the requisite pots, pans and dishes, you know the kitchen is well-appointed! This homes was wonderful. Comfortable beds , two living spaces and, of course, the outside paradise! The back yard was magnificent! The pool, lounge chairs, fireplace seating and dining areas. It was like having two homes. We couldn’t give this place a higher rating- a 10 out of 10! It was perfect! Thanks Matt and Lisa for making our stay so wonderful!

And why would you with the patio and heated pool out back?). Just 15-20 minutes to downtown with great restaurants nearby (don't miss El Charro Cafe). The owner and manager went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We highly recommend this home for a stay in Tucson! We will be back.
