This was my second stay in this condo in the off season. I love Ocean Isle any time of the year and this is a great place to stay for me and a friend or two and visit family. I love sitting outside on the deck and being so close to the beach. Also cozy on the rainy day while we were there. Didn’t try out anything in the kitchen but the coffee pot and the fridge but really enjoyed some Uno games at the bar. Ready to go again

We came to Ocean Isle Beach for the second time and we enjoyed it as much as the first! The condo was nice and clean and everything is comfortable to sit or sleep on. I still love the fact that the beach is right across from the condo, just crossed the street and you’re at the beach access! We had a great time at OIB again, thank you Wayne for letting us stay in your condo. 😊

Great location with easy beach access. Wayne, the owner, was easy to work with and made our check in process smooth. There is a lock box outside the door but you need to use the one on the door to gain access. Pool was clean and never crowded. People all around us were friendly and many had stayed there before because they liked the area so well. We will definitely return, to the beach and this condo!

Super cute condo that makes you feel comfy on a beach vacation! Beach access literally across the street, oh and the streets, never too busy, crowded or loud. Porch is perfect for morning coffee. Lots of local good food options. Loved our stay!!!

This property was very clean and in the perfect location as it was just a couple minutes walk to the beach! My boyfriend and I loved how the condo was decorated and it let in lots of natural light during the day. Wayne also gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Oyster Rock to celebrate my birthday. This trip did not disappoint!

We LOVED this condo and location so much in 2021, that we came back again in 2022. The location is perfect . . . loved the end unit, nobody residing above or below! SO clean, quiet and right across the street from the private pool and beach access. OIB is a beautiful area! We have already booked the condo for a third time in 2023! We'd especially like to thank Wayne for being an awesome host . . . GREAT with communication . . . he kept us informed and answered our questions about the effects of Hurricane IAN in OIB before our stay in 2022. Great vacation!

Our first visit to OIB couldn’t have been more enjoyable! As a realtor, I live by “location, location, location” and this is a perfect example - ideal location with convenience to absolutely everything (OIFC, Sunset Slush, arcade, pier, putt putt) and private walking access to the beach. Condo is well appointed - bright, cheery decor and very clean. Access to pools, tennis courts, and ample parking. We spent most of our time on the deck with the ocean breeze! Will definitely be back! 😊

Ocean front pool was windy a few days so we just went to the pool near the bigger units and we're surprised with some shade from trees, the July sun is intense. I was eager to beat traffic and Wayne was kind enough to share the pool access code with me couple of hours early, I'm not sure he can do that for all guest but it shows how willing he is to provide a great experience. I would definitely stay here again, ocean views from the deck and indoors, close beach access, 3 pools, comfy beds...even the pull out couch was good, I fell asleep watching tv with my son one evening. Thanks Wayne.

Property was very nice and as described. Kitchen has all necessary items that we needed for our three days stay. Exceptionally clean and great location for off beach front stay. Pool was very clean and uncrowded and convenient to condo. The beach was a two minute or less walk from condo and very easy to get to. Wayne was great to communicate with and easy to work with on his rental. Would rent again if I needed a place close to the beach but not beach front .

We have been coming to OIB for 30 years and have always stayed at a Starboard by the Sea unit. The last four years we have stayed in 15H and we absolutely love it. It is perfect for two adults but would also work for a young family as there is a sofa bed as well. Wayne was the perfect host as so many amenities were already there. The unit was immaculate and across the road from the beach. We plan to be back for year#31 in 2023. Great place!
