We stayed in this beautiful, clean home for a girls getaway weekend. The beds are comfortable and the home feels spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to walk to several stores and restaurants in Yellow Springs. A couple of things you need to know: all bedrooms are on the second and third floors. If steps are an issue for you, this is something you should know. And, the house is clean, but is older so the steps and floor creak and the radiant heat makes interesting (sometimes loud) noises. All in all, we would recommend this place!

We pulled into the driveway and knew the home was a gem. Every room was beautifully furnished. Love all the turquoise decor! The kitchen was so well equipped. Danyel is a perfect host, ensuring that we had all we needed. We were only steps from Glen Helen and from the very lovely town of Yellow Springs.

2nd time staying. love the house,great for a gathering of friends,plenty of room, comfortable sitting area and large dining room table. Only problem was checkin. door code didnt work, but co host was available and rectified the problem.

After the initial issues with the door code, everything was perfect! We loved the house and location. We had a wonderful time. We wanted to stay longer! Maybe next time.

House was perfect! The back patio was a great place to chill on. there any many restaurants and shops to walk too. nice hiking trails close by.

We all loved this house. The location was right on the edge of town so you could walk anywhere. It had a beautiful private patio and porch. The house was huge with good sized rooms, and it had comfortable beds and quality bedding. All amenities you need. It was very clean. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again.

Great spot for our girls' weekend! Plenty of room for the 7 of us! Nice, large backyard and patio forvan evening by the firepit! Enjoyed the walkability to all of the nearby shops, restaurants, and parks.

This trip was a two day get away to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We loved Yellow Springs for the hiking and atmosphere in the town. The house that we rented was perfect for 7 women who wanted their privacy. Plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. Great kitchen and backyard fire pit/lounge area. The whole experience was fantastic. Loved every second.

Very nice home. Great location in a very cool town,near bike trails and hiking. The home is very nice, wonderful living room and dining room for visiting with friends. A couple things keep it from a 5 star rating. The mattress in the master bedroom is well past its prime and definitely needs to be replaced;the other mattresses were adequate at best. The bed linens and pillows weren't the best. The ice maker and water dispenser did not work,which is a negative if you plan on biking and hiking. Overall,however, it was a very nice home, with plenty of room for 3 couples and again,it's in a wonderful location.

We had our adult children and their families staying at the property. There was plenty of space for us all! The back yard was very nice. The side porch had comfortable seating for early in the day when the sun was too hot to sit on the patio. Late afternoon and evening were great out back! The preschoolers used squirt guns, bubble guns and sidewalk chalk out back and stayed very busy when we weren’t out and about. Thank you for a delightful stay!!

Beautiful home, perfect location

The two plus bathrooms were a great plus. The location was awesome. Everyone in our group of nine gave the place a huge thumbs up.... That can be hard to get from a bunch of 50 year olds. We will definitely be back. Make sure you stop at the Wildflower Boutique, also owned by the homeowner. We also loved the Yellow Springs Brewery, Bentinos Pizza, Sunrise cafe, and Kismet Boutique. We walked to Glen Helen for a short hike from the house. We drove to The Narrows by Clifton Gorge and hiked along the LIttle Miami River down to the second bridge, crossed over and hiked back out....about a 5 mile hike. It was gorgeous!!

Perfect location, great house
We had a great weekend. You can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and some of the best hiking from this property. It's a perfect size for a couple families.

Great place, quiet but close to town
House was great. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, nice cooking knives, etc. House was very close to downtown Yellow Springs, but also very quiet.
Many bedrooms; you'll have to share bathrooms, but that was not a problem for us.
Overall, was very happy with the stay. Would highly recommend. Considered the stay there a huge win.
