Loved the private drive and parking. Close to beach with good beach view. Had all the amenities(prep and cookware, supplies, towels, etc.) we desired for our family. Loved the privacy of bedrooms (they weren’t right next to each other) with private bathrooms. Decorated nicely with beautiful wall art. Comfortable beds and nice showers. All appliances worked lovely. Good eats just around the corner too - Shark Bar was awesome. Amazing fresh juice bar and coffee shop in town which were also a nice walk from the home. Really nice spot for beach vacation.

This is a first floor condo unit with a unit above it, we heard everything above us. Even worse when the guests are in the shared hallway space or leaving from their garage units. The property is on a public street with public beach access, you will see and hear people coming from the beach at all times of the day. There is an in unit elevator, your garage and community entrance exit are located on the first floor. The elevator works going down from the unit, very sporadic on getting it to come down so you can go up. Upon our arrival there were finger prints all over the sliding doors, crushed pretzels under the bed in kids room and behind curtains as well as a few dirty cups in dishwasher with no dishwashing detergent left behind, splashed grease on backsplash above stove and smeared stainless. The furniture in main area, couch and barstools were showing signs of wear and tear. There is a unit being constructed right across the street and construction started very early during our stay, as early as 7 am and lasted until 5 pm. The street itself had a very diversified appearance of homes, one home diagonal from the balcony appeared to be occupied without power and was quite dilapidated. Not at all what we expected from the gated community listing. There is a gate but it allows you into the shared drive for garage access. The unit is nice, had it been clean upon arrival and the people above us been quieter we would’ve been okay with it. The check in process with all of the codes and different access points is a bit tricky at first. Especially if traveling with kids or young teens. The pier and a few restaurants are very close by, so that was a plus.

We had an excellent experience which has us reconsidering our usual home. I would like to share a couple of recommendations which can only enhance the stay…1.) the lights in the garage and outer lights above the garage door did not operate which made it a bit interesting when coming in at night. Also the garage side entrance door needs a battery as it will not function in order to secure the property. Otherwise a seamless experience which we truly appreciate the location

Had a nice time. Did have some rowdy 3rd floor renters for 2 of the nights, but overall a nice place with easy access to the beach.

Gorgeous new condos with a location that can't be beat. Our party included my parents, us and our 3 children. The layout of the condo suited us very well. Very clear instructions for accessing the building and wifi. Loved the ocean view from the deck. One small problem with the bunk bed- broken ladder to the second bunk. I messaged the property owner and he quickly responded that it would be fixed on the changeover day. Other than that an effortless week at the beach. Would stay again for sure!

My husband, four children (ages 16,15, 13 & 11) stayed here in June 2022. The location to the beach was fabulous - about a one minute. Close enough to easily go back to for a post-ocean rinse off in the outdoor shower. (Or to go to the bathroom!) There are two little stores within one minute as well. We got snacks (ice cream cones & hush puppies for lunch 😁), cold drinks, beach stuff, and souvenirs there. The kids liked going there by themselves. Walking and running routes are plentiful around the property. The property itself is excellent! We all want to move there. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous. View of ocean is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean and exactly as listed. It was so nice to sit on the porch and see and hear the ocean! There are beach chairs and towels which was so nice to have and an outside hose to wash off the sand. Very walkable to restaurants as well. We hope to be back soon!

This is a lovely condo in the most perfect location. Close to beach and pier with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Supper clean!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We enjoyed seeing the ocean and being able to walk straight to the beach. There were some nice restaurants in the area that we were able to walk to. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, this is a nice property. If traveling with other adults, do pay attention that the adult bedrooms are not comparable (i.e., one king, and one queen) with the bedroom with the king has a much larger bath/shower. The proximity to the beach and pier can't be beat. The 2 car garage and elevator made unpacking and packing a breeze. I would stay here again.

It was a stress free and comfortable stay. The house is steps away from the beach and we really enjoyed having the balcony for morning coffee and a evening hangout spot. It was a very nice and updated beach house. Thank you!
