This property is in a gated community. I felt very safe. Only about 5-10 minute drive from campus. Each bedroom has a private bath along with a half bath in the common area. Countertops, vanities, mirrors, etc were all updated. Large TVs in several rooms, just sign in on your personal streaming account to watch. Two rooms have king beds and two rooms have queen beds. Kitchen was stocked for simple cooking and eating. Renter may want to bring some paper plates and cups. Not enough coffee mugs for 8. It is decorated in a minimalist design. Living room has one large sofa, a rug, and a TV on the wall. There is a bar with 4 barstools and a small hightop table for 4 to eat. I do wish there were some lamps in the bedrooms and a coffee table in the living room. But overall our stay was a good experience. Would definitely stay there again. Great location and price. Oh and communication with the host was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

All as advertised! Quiet complex, conveniently located. About 8 minute drive to campus. We had 6 people and had more than ample space. Host was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. Recommend.

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and Iron Bowl weekend. This property was perfect for our group of 8 to stay at. The house had a great layout! All 4 bedrooms were decorated well, and each had their own en-suite bathroom. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room too. Nice-sized kitchen and living area. Really comfortable sofa in living room. We felt the kitchen could have been stocked a little more with extra dishes, baking pans/sheets, dish towels etc.; however, we made it work. There is a coffee pot and toaster; however, no blender or mixer. The location of the house was perfect... out away from the traffic congestion by the University but an easy 10 min. drive in to campus. There is a Piggly Wiggly grocery store nearby which was handy to go grab last minute things. Overall, we had a great stay, would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others. Roll Tide!

The property and location were as advertised and the stay went well. My only issue is that the price was increased (almost double) on us 6 days prior to our stay when we had booked the property and paid months in advance.
