We’ve rented this house 2 years in a row. We absolutely love it! The location is amazing, close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Very well equipped and beautiful!!! It feels like a home away from home.

In short - this is a fabulous house in a fabulous location on the Sarasota keys. All directions about stay were clear (except one - read below), emails arrived ahead of time. The house is overall very well appointed and comfortable for 4-5. Kitchen is fabulous as are TVs. The pool adds to the sensation of luxury. The kitchen has everything, and even a decent selection of spices etc - presumably accumulated as leftovers from guests. AC works great. Two issues that I suggest the management company to address: 1. It appears that the trash collection schedule is only posted on their Vacasa site for this property. This should be included in the welcome email directly. 2. There is not a decent vacuum or broom/dustpan. The Shark that sits in the garage is completely unusable. Fortunately we brought in minimal sand, but with a bigger company that will be a headache. Other than that - we had a great time and should we come back to the area this specific house will be our first pick (if available).

Very clean house. 3 nicely sized bedrooms. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The only negative is that the pool was smaller than expected. It seemed much bigger in the pictures. But not a big deal because it was only 5 of us. Would stay here again.

We had a great time last week. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6 plus grandma. The decoration is lovely, the kitchen well stocked, the patio with the grill and swimming pool were perfect. We walked to the beach every day, and at night we enjoyed the wonderful restaurants and ice cream shops St Armand has to offer. We had a great time and we hope to come back next year!

We had a great time at the house. The location was perfect, close to the square and to the beach. The house was very cozy and was immaculate when we arrived. The layout and interior are well thought out and tasteful. The kids loved having the pool right outside the door and we spent hours enjoying it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you have zero problems during your stay then you will enjoy the lovely home and great location. On the first full day of our week long stay, we notified Turnkey that the pool was cold. They said they'd send maintenance in an hour or two. Two hours later we called back and were told maintenance wouldn't come then but within 48 hours. The pool heat turned on at night so if you want to utilize the heat, best do it from 8PM until early AM when it turns off. We contacted management daily for 5 days and nobody would show up to check on the pool. We were told the owner's app showed the heat was on. On the final day, a broken thermometer was dropped off with zero follow up. We were told during our first 2 phone calls that we'd receive $ credit for the cold pool at the end of our stay. Credit never showed up. We called and were told to c/b in a day. We called back the next day and were told that our whopping $15 credit was denied because "the pool was heated". After explaining to a supervisor that NOBODY ever checked on the cold pool despite saying they would and despite 5 days of contact, we were told they'd call us back within 48 hours. It's been 4 days and counting and they haven't returned our call.

This home was beautifully renovated with an open floor plan, so felt quite spacious. Half a block from all the shops and restaurants on St Armands Circle, 2 to 3 blocks from Lido Beach. Street is in a very quiet neighborhood. Nothing but positive to say about it!

We had a very nice time and the location of the house was great. A few minor things that could make it a great experience: 1) there were only two beach chairs for adults with another one broken down and there should be more and better chairs; 2) the WiFi was very slow; and 3) the frying pans were terrible. We like to cook breakfast in the AM and the pots were awful! The pool was great and having a garage to store our rented bikes was also very nice. Multiple TV’s also allowed folks to retire to their own room to watch whatever they liked. Overall, a very nice time and with nominal additional costs (new beach chairs and new pots) it could be great!
