Beautifully decorated. Nice space. We rented both sides for 4 couples and it was perfect! The location is great. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the hosts told us in advance let’s or garages to park and we never moved our cars!Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable property. Location was convenient and centrally located for center city tourist venues. Large enough for a group of eight adults.

My family arrived to end our PA tour with the city of Philadelphia. This property had lots of space between both units and it is really nicely decorated. I loved the loft feel with giant windows overlooking the city streets. Parking however was an issue as we were only able to park on the street for a few hours at a time without being towed. Getting a spot to park in overnight was like winning the lottery. There is a parking garage just a few blocks away, but when it is raining and you are carrying groceries or suitcases that can be an issue as well as added expense. The units were nicely kept but you have to be able to navigate steep stairs with luggage. We did fine with our 2 littles but I can imagine it being an issue with more wild children wanting to go up and down on the stairs. We did end up having to fold all the sheets and towels from the previous stay in both units so we could use the washer and dryer and the fire alarm in the hallway leading up to the units had a loud constant beeping that was a little concerning and annoying when coming or going. We were told by management that the fire Marshall was coming out to fix it, but it was never fixed during our 3 night stay. Thankfully we didn't have a fire. There was no way to close one of the bedroom doors in the second unit as it had been ripped away from the hinge. All these issues and we still enjoyed the space. Ristorante Pesto was awesome and in walking distance of the units.
