Staying on the residences side of the hotel is a much more affordable way to enjoy the luxuries here. Our only issue was with the "mid" week clean. It was done on the morning of our 3rd day of a 10-day stay. Just make sure you communicate well on what that clean will be. Glenny who I booked with was awesome. I can't imagine what you wouldn't love it here!

We came for a long weekend and booked through VRBO which seemed like a great way to stay at The One in an oceanfront suite but not as pricey as going direct. With all the fees, it may have been just as expensive but we did have the luxury concierge. The only issue was really that we received multiple texts and emails from different people that didn't seem to know the answers from previous replies, so we received documents to sign over and over, and then had arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport that never showed up. When we called to find out where they were, the person who was on that night had no clue. He then greeted us when we got to The One, and had left us a few nepresso pods and had also gotten us some groceries that we had requested be there for our stay. They charged a $65 fee to do this, meh. To make up the lost car service, they sent us flowers to the suite and offered a ride to the airport for us free of charge. Overall, it was a great property and suite with a huge balcony, great bedding, overlooking the ocean, one suite is the master, the other a second bedroom and the 3rd bedroom a middle room with no windows, but we were only 2 couples. We flipped for the master, which had a nice sized bathroom while the other one was small and no counter space. But we would go back. Everything they do that is extra is at a premium, just keep in mind.

This is the second time we book through VRBO one of their properties -they have beautiful apartments in very high-end hotels in the area. We will definitely book LRMB's residences again and again when visiting Miami. Great service.

The 1 Hotel is the best property in South Beach. The roof top pool/bar is amazing. This unit is spectacular in every way. It is very spacious, clean, and meant for multiple people or couples to enjoy and never feel cramped. It is easily 5 stars.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the 1 Hotel Residences in South Beach this past weekend. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the true definition of a modern 5 star residence. The hotel itself is filled with beautiful spaces, live vegetation, top notch amenities and top of the line service from the staff. The gym is insane and you can commonly find celebs and athletes walking the halls. The actual suite itself is gorgeous, with a huge balcony, open layout living room and kitchen, making it great for groups. The rooms are all spacious and everything that you need is provided. One thing worth noting, because this is the resident portion of the hotel, many of the unit's neighbors actually live there and are not just tourists passing through. That being said you have to keep the noise down to a minimum later in the night. We had security called on our group once and we were issued a warning. There were no further issues but just something to be aware of if you're going with a big and or rowdy group. Lastly, the service via Luxury Rentals was phenomenal. Their entire team provided every service we needed in a quick and professional manner. Juan was very quick to respond and helped to make our miami experience a memorable one. We will definitely be staying at the 1 hotel again and using Luxury Rentals

1Hotel itself is a gem in South Beach. This apartment is flawlessly designed, clean, and was fully stocked for our girls weekend. The layout, which has two main rooms facing the beach, was perfect and allows for a lot of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of meals throughout the weekend. The entire apartment was spacious, serene and everything we needed for a luxurious weekend. The service at 1Hotel is incredible. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I can say the same for Luxury Rentals Miami Beach. When we needed a speaker for the condo, someone came and dropped one off for us to use for the weekend. They met us at a time most convenient for us to check in, showed us around, and were always on call if we needed something. I cannot wait to go back!!

We had a group of 4 of us (all friends) who have been to Miami in the past. We looked at One Hotel and were lucky to find this Condo. It was more than 50% off of the regular rate. Honestly speaking the hotel only had some 2 bedrooms available and this place was unbelievable. I mostly stay at St. Regis, Ritz, Four Seasons levels so I'm a little spoiled. The best part of this place it never felt like a stale hotel room. Furnishings (carved wood tables, tons of seating outdoors, nice bedrooms, clean, and kitchen had all pots/pans, utensils and a great big fridge. The resort is really nice for families or adults on a non-kid trip. They have 4 pools, nice food/bar services at the pool and the residence side of the beach you don't pay for any chairs or umbrellas which is a nice perk as well.

Just stayed at the 1 hotel and homes for Miami music week. The 3 bed ocean view was amazing. Perfect location for a luxurious getaway in Miami at an excellent price. It was a pleasure dealing with Roy and his team. You ll definitely hear from us again. Thanks!!

We recently stayed here and we couldn't have asked for more. Roy and team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great stay. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until very late, but we were greeted upon our arrival and shown to our beautiful residence. The property was in pristine shape and the ocean views were incredible. The hotel is state of the art and we enjoyed the amenities. We will definitely be visiting again and will be sure to use Roy and his team to do so!

We've just returned from a fabulous trip to Miami & I've got to say it was this stunning hotel that made our holiday, it really is out of this world. The staff throughout the hotel are so helpful & nothing is too much trouble, especially the residence front desk staff, Felipe, Devisha & Andrea and the staff at LRMB , they all went above & beyond to make our stay the amazing experience it was. With four swimming pools, three beautiful restaurants & a fully equipped beach bar, you need never leave the hotel as it really does have everything you could ask for & of the highest standard. Our apartment was so spacious & again had everything you need & more the furniture & decor was breathtaking & far nicer than anything & anywhere We've stayed in the past & we travel to Miami frequently & normally stay at The W Hotel next door, but this hotel will always now be our first & only choice of stay, we're currently already planning our return & will be 100% staying at this same property/apartment, the view was to die for & we loved nothing more that sitting on the balcony in the comfiest swinging chairs with a glass of wine looking straight out on to the Ocean. Thank you for the best holiday to Miami we've ever had, we can't wait to return.
