I Had a healthy Saint Bernard who was 7 years old. The listing never mentioned hidden fees for using the AC and we usually stay in places that are cooler and have working air conditioning because my large breed dog. The day before the trip Deana mentions that it will be a $25 charge to move the AC anything below 71 degrees. This was absolutely ridiculous because the listing never mentioned these charges. she refused to lower and continued to argue about it even after we agreed to pay the $25. She threaten and sent text messages saying we will not have AC.My dog died in the early morning of our third day their and we called to let her know and she showed absolutely no sympathy or remorse. This property has pictures of them dropping off balloons and such for people’s birthdays, and she wasn’t even able to offer condolences. These people have profited and capitalized off of working class folks who love their pets very much and the lack of sympathy was bewildering. We never got to take him anywhere so the heat outside was not an issue. We have no clue what happened and the doctors could not figure it out either. But it was very suspicious and out of the ordinary. I may be biased, but if you love your pets, like I loved mine, do not take a risk and stay here. This place is not worth it. We found dirty socks under the coffee table. These people have absolutely no care for peoples pets regardless of what the booking entails. I had to bring 185lb of love in a box home. We missed him!

Last minute trip with our fur babies. Very nice condo within minutes of everything. Check in was a breeze. The owner is very attentive and she even left our babies treats! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this condo. Deanna was Avery easy to communicate with and even let us check in early. The place was very clean and everything was as described. Would definitely stay here again:)

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property was nice as well, with a pool right behind the unit. We brought our dogs as well and it was perfect for them too.

The house was so cute and cozy for our 1st family beach vacation

My son, my mother, my mother’s little yorkie, and I just spent a few days in this lovely condo and had one of our most favorite, memorable vacations ever! The condo is in a wonderful, quiet, safe neighborhood that is absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is conveniently located on the first floor (so nice for unloading luggage and groceries, and easily walking our dog). It has a nicely appointed kitchen, in which we made daily breakfast, lunch, and coffee easily. We had family meals at the dining table, and hung out together in the living area with lovely windows/sliding door out to the screened in patio. My son loved playing out here, and you can see the pool which is just a short walk away! We visited the pool once and it was lovely as well. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms, which have comfy beds and nice linens. It was nice to each have our own bathrooms as well! We loved being able to bring our furry girl along, and the hosts were so gracious to provide toys and treats for her! Deana was very responsive and kind to communicate with. The condo is in a very convenient area as well - short drive to Broadway at the Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. 5 min (or less) drive to the beach most importantly, and a straight shot down to the ocean! We used the public beach access daily (just pay the meter), with no issues and were shocked at how nice and uncrowded the beach was - especially for peak season! Overall, we loved this unit and our vacation, and hope to return!

We enjoyed this perfect space, just like home especially for a family get away. Spacious, comfortable and in the middle of everything you could imagine. Our dog also enjoyed the outdoors space for him to run around and around in. This is the perfect spot to be in after you’ve been in the crowd all day. Love it
