Dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Segeln und von Möglichkeiten zum Windsurfen entfernt. Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto entweder stehen lassen und die 5 Minuten hierher laufen kannst: Palmetto Dunes Beach. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 3 Minuten zu dieser Sehenswürdigkeit: Palmetto Dunes Club.

Verbring Zeit am nahe gelegenen Strand, entspann am beheizten Pool oder trink etwas auf der Veranda oder Lanai dieser Ferienwohnung mit 229 Quadratmetern. Auch einen Grill kannst du nutzen. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos), Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen und DVD-Player zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you! We love this property. We just finished our third year in a row. Repeat stay should be enough for a recommendation, but if you need more, we enjoy all things here. Proximity to the beach is fantastic as you sit on the walking path. Yes, we bring beach bags, backpacks and coolers, but really, you can be back to the house in minutes from the beach. Property is always clean and well stocked at each visit. There are is no kitchenware that isn't provided. We are a group of six adults and there is plenty of space for the group, or if you need some quiet time with a book. Management company is always responsive to our needs. Thank you again and we look forward to next year. Our week is already booked!

Our two favorite things were the gorgeous screened porch and easy walk to the beach. Rental company was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location. The house is right on path to the beach and quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The beach location is fantastic, not busy and away from busy condo areas. The new pool was great for our 6 and 9 year olds, it is smaller than what we normally find at HHI. It was brand new though, so pool furniture was nice. The house has nice open spaces and fantastic enclosed back porch. Only complaint is we had no cold water filtered water in fridge and had to buy bottled water for the full two weeks. Smoke alarms had battery issues and woke us up 2 times at 4am in the morning. House needs updated and a good deep clean.
