We had 7 friends from my work place(couple of us retired already) decided to do a get together to relax and reminisce. Upon walking in, we were all taken back at how beautiful, clean and awesome this home was! The owners were very responsive to my questions and check in and out was very easy. The home had EVERYTHING you could possibly want while on vacation. Towels, linens, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, kids toys, beach chairs, beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards, fire pit and a pontoon boat available(to rent) that was at the dock the second we pulled up! There were big TV’s for viewing everywhere with DVD’s available to choose from and beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of wine welcoming us. The beach area was perfect with a little sandy area too. If you wanted a little “me” time, there is a really nice screened in porch area or a 2 bench private area under the trees to maybe sit and read a book. There also was a hot tub right on the back deck for enjoyment next to the grill available for cooking and eating on the deck or the picnic table on the beach. I don’t mean to be going on and on, but really, all 7 of us thought this home was one of the best homes we’ve stayed at- I would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting a perfect stay! This house was large enough to accommodate 9 of us this year, ages 17-72. Plenty of room to hang out together and spread out as well. The upstairs loft area was a good hangout for the younger ones and has an outdoor deck to sit outside and enjoy the nice breeze. It also has a pullout sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. The 4 girls loved the bedroom with 2 bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom. There’s a great screened in porch with great views to enjoy while drinking coffee in the morning or after dinner without any bugs getting you. It also leads out to the firepit and cute little garden area with a picnic table. The back deck right off the kitchen has a hot tub. You can also see the turtles lounging on the logs in the water near the shore. Just steps from the deck is the boat dock. You can fish right from the dock. 2 paddle boats along with several kayaks and a paddle board. Plenty of life jackets and the owners even wash and keep them clean and ready for going into the water. We rented the pontoon for the week and could come and go from the water whenever we wanted. Comes with tube to pull and kneeboard. Lake is smaller and not busy. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. Nice gas grill as well. 2nd full refrigerator upstairs which was helpful. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We had 2 questions and they responded within a few minutes. House is clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

We had a great week at Turtle Point. We spent a lot of time fishing, and on the paddle boats and kayaks. Everything was perfect and as described. Goregeous views, and great weather!

Me, my husband and 5 kids choose a different vacation house to rent in Michigan each summer. This home is by far our favorite! The house, property, and lake blew us away the moment we walked in. The house is huge with many places to relax away from the group. It is immaculately clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The owners are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our family time so much here, the kids are begging to stay here every summer from now on. We feel beyond blessed and will carry these memories forever. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place to get away. Very comfortable and everything you need. We go in the winter but need to check it out during the summer when the lake can truly be utilized. Excellent host and easy departure.

Another amazing stay at turtle pointe!! Made some more wonderful new memories with my sons. Sunsets and sunrises in the jacuzzi hot cocoa inside by the gas stone fireplace. The house is just beautiful and comforting for any size group!!

We had a fantastic time at the property for a girls crafting weekend! We loved the open layout and lake location.

This is a beautiful house with all of the luxuries and plenty of space. Eight of us women had a lovely time over a long weekend. The lake is gorgeous and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy it. Many of us took long walks and enjoyed the surrounding area as well.

We really enjoyed to home and property. A group of brothers and nephews gather every year for a short get away. This year was wonderful.

Great house with plenty of sleeping capacity, hot tub, picnic table, fire pit, pontoon, multiple kayaks and canoes. The town and neighbors were all very welcoming and friendly. We already want to rent again next year.

The house was the absolute best! It had everything you could ask for to enjoy the lake. We only rented for a four day weekend and after the first day my wife said we need to stay here again for longer. I agree.

Celebrated my daughters up coming wedding. The house was well equipped and outside had plenty of room to play games and enjoy the outdoors. We would go back.

This property is gorgeous and was just as described. Unfortunately my family vacation fell apart as we came down with covid days prior to our vacation. Gail worked with us and we managed to salvage at least part of our vacation for part of the family. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Check in was easy. Home is immaculately clean and the lake is right out the door! Internet was excellent! Very comfortable furniture and beds. Nice fluffy towels. Absolutely perfect and private location - with nice little sand beach and fantastic all around views of the water. The swim area was hard sand and no muck. Very few people on the lake so it was very peaceful. The fishing was good - Son-in-law and grandson caught - and released - some good sized bass and bluegill. Loved the many special touches to the decor - especially the rustic chandeliers and then the Corinthian wind chimes on the screened in porch - so soothing and tranquil! The hosts provide everything + to make your vacation a fun and relaxing time! They are very gracious and responsive. Thank You so much for sharing your vacation home with us!!

House is just as pictured, on a little cove with a bit of privacy which is hard on these lakes that are so busy! Little sandy spot with no weeds to wade in and have a dip. Very spacious house. Owners were great, sending us info on the area in advance and check in was easy with codes... The hot tub is even better than in the pics because it is in a little private spot that overlooks the water... so great...

WONDERFUL property! Loved the sandy beach and dock right outside. Quiet lake, sometimes only boat on the lake. Beautiful house inside and out. So many spots to let everyone have their own time to themselves- lots of reading and naps on the screened in porch. Yoga in the mornings on the upper deck. Loved that it included kayaks, paddle boat, hot tub, grill. Visited the vineyard with the complimentary samples. Kids had own private Sandy beach- no mucky bottom! Being able to get adult children together at a great place is priceless! Got 80+ year old mom in a kayak! Wonderful memories! Anything we messaged Gail and Neil for, they were so responsive!Already coming back next summer!

We had such a great time with family. Owners were so nice and really cared about our time there. Amenities abundant, private, relaxing, and lake activities for all ages. A real blessing!

The property and home were beautiful! The lake was amazing and all of the fun little activities you could do at the home were great! The hosts were amazing as well and were always available every time we needed help or had questions!

Beautiful home, excellent location. Swimming and beach were perfect for small children, huge yard to play in. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. There were a few issues while we were there but the owners responded promptly! Excellent communication with the owners from before our vacation to after. Highly recommend!

Four huge TVS with streaming services. Beautiful small lake with small sandy beach for kids and sandy shallow area by dock. Nice shady area by beach as well. We all loved sitting outside in sunshine and later in the evening. So nice having the lake steps away from house. We had the best week and owners were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely return to Turtle Point!
