Very please overall. There was what appeared to be dried blood on one of the throw pillow cases, but overall a very nice property. Would come back and stay without hesitation!

Can’t go wrong here. The house is awesome. The heated pool and hot tub were a very welcome feature over our Christmas stay. Loved the sunsets off the pool deck every night. Minutes away from everything you need, and being a few blocks from the 101, you can get to anywhere very quickly. We highly recommend the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was nice. The pool and hot tub were great as well. It was a little difficult getting in touch with the property manager when we tried but the issue was quickly taken care of once contact had been made. Suggestions for this house: a dresser or shelves in closet for unpacking clothes. There were 2 drawers attached to the bed frame but i would have preferred a small dresser. Also, you should consider TVs in the bedrooms.

You won't regret booking this lovely home. It's really like a private resort for your group! Some of the features we loved: Communication - Peter was awesome from the very beginning. He quickly answered questions even before I booked the property. Once we arrived and even after we left, he was great about answering any questions we had. Location - can't beat it. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Our family enjoyed many walks any time of the day. We walked after dark several evenings and never felt unsafe. There is a really nice park just down the street as well. Very centrally located and easy to get around the entire Phoenix area!! Easy on/off to highway system and only 10-15 min from the airport. Clean - The home was super clean inside & out when we arrived. Host provides lots of extra amenities that you don't normally get at a VRBO (extra cleaning supplies, paper products, even shampoo/conditioner/soap!) Kitchen - Very spacious and well stocked with most anything you'd need to cook during your stay. Lots of extra supplies when we were there (some spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc). The smart refrigerator was really cool and fun! Our family had a blast playing music and preparing meals together. Also loved playing games and doing puzzles at the island and at the dining room table. Outdoor space - Best part of the property! We loved lounging in the sun on the outdoor sofa and chairs. The pool was a blast. It's super deep!!! Hot tub was super relaxing at the end of the day. Nice patio table and 2 grills (gas & charcoal) for outdoor dining. This outdoor space is super huge. Being on a corner lot was really nice so you got sun from all directions. Great sunsets. Pool towels were totally fine for us, but could be upgraded to a nicer, newer "resort quality" towel. Bedrooms - It was really great having 4 nice sized bedrooms with ample closet space. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the beds. They were not ultra comfy and also seemed smaller than a queen. I didn't measure them or anything, but they felt more like full size beds. A cushioned mattress topper could add to the comfort of the bed (but wouldn't change the size). Also extra blankets would be helpful as it tended to cool down in the evening. Overall, it was an excellent 11 day stay at this home and I'd return without hesitation!! Do yourself a favor a book a stay!!
