Loved staying here. It was clean and easy to access, right in downtown Dewey. Beach is right across the street and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo and the property manager was absolutely wonderful! She was highly thorough in providing instructions about our stay and reminders before we even got there. She gave us an early check in and check out and highly responsive for all questions we had. The condo is up to date and was beautiful, very clean and a perfect location being right between the bay and ocean. Took a minute walk from bars and restaurants. There is a cute little grocery/coffee shop right across the street. My friends and I had plenty of space and the views from the deck were beautiful. There is a table set up there in the living room as well so we could drink our coffee in the morning and take in the beautiful ocean scenery! Would highly recommend and we booked again for this coming May! Thanks again!

This was our second time staying in Dewey Beach at this condo. Came down for the super bowl. The location spot made it easy--fast to walk to and from the beach and a handful of restaurants. Everything is waling distance and you dont have to drive anywhere. This is also a little grocery store right across the street. Property manager was very helpful. Checked on us when we got in the condo. Was able to check in early which was super helpful and She also offered us a late check out today after the superbowl game. Condo was clean and everything we needed. Property manager reminded us to bring sheets and towels. My family and I had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, updated, and very close walk to the beach. Parking was easy with two spots included and communications with the owner was pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Not only when we walked in was there still trash from the people before us but we also had 0 toilet paper. We had to buy our own. So apparently you need to bring your own sheets and towels and toilet paper! The heat didn’t work we were cold the whole time staying there since it was winter when we came down. Last after we left they tried to charge us $500 for a pet fee when we didnt have a pet there. She messaged me accusing me of what kind of dog we had there when we had 0 dogs there just like there was 0 toilet paper left for us. The owners are liars and thieves. Do not come here stay anywhere else but here. They will rob you of money and accuse you if things you never did with 0 proof on top of that. I don’t even know how we could have had a dog there since we were there for a beer festival and couldn’t check in till 4pm but the beer festival started at 11 so where would we have even kept a dog to began with.

In the heart of Dewey, this was an ideal spot to celebrate a friend’s birthday! Comfortable condo and easy check in/check out.

This was the second time we had stayed here. It is very centrally located, the pool is a great feature. The condo is equipped with everything you would need. We will be back.

Great location in Dewey. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Access to the pool was a plus. We didn't use the top bunk as the bed didn't seem too steady and was pretty noisy every time someone shifted. Also, very limited tv channels, and bedroom TVs didn't have a box, so you needed to use a DVD player.

The property is within walking distance of the beach, bay, and playground. It comfortably housed our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 youth under the age of 12) and could easily accommodate two additional adult guests without the feeling of being overcrowded. The rental comes fully stocked with kitchen essentials, so it allows for a trip to be an affordable beach stay. We used to rent the condo from the previous owner. We are repeat patrons of the condo precisely because of its past cleanliness and location. However, upon check-in, we spent the first day thoroughly cleaning the rental. We replaced the shower curtain, scrubbed mold from the bathroom's shower head, bought new mattress covers, mopped significantly, wiped down surfaces, and removed stained rugs from the floor. We were disappointed that the place was not as clean as it had been in the past. The cleaning service did attend to the rental (denoted by tape covering toilet seats), but they did not do a basic cleaning job which was apparent by the evidence left behind. I contacted the manager, who was apologetic and did reimburse the cleaning fee. The manager shared that they did not change the cleaning services from the previous owner. The manager reported this disappointment to the cleaning service, and we shared with them a few photos of the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the location, convenience, and activities the beach has to offer. Tentatively, we may consider renting the property again (as we have done in the past) in hopes that the challenges we faced upon arrival would be due to the growing pains faced through the transition of new ownership. The property manager was gracious, conscious, and responsive, which warranted the 4-star.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The washer was not working and the owner worked to get it fixed and gave us a laundry credit for our trouble.

Perfect place for a weekend in Dewey!
