However, there were some things in this unit that need to be improved. The main sliding door to the patio does not slide well at all and was very hard to open & shut(my grandma that was with us found it too difficult to use.) One of the beds/mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced as my two 20+ yr old daughters said it was like sleeping on springs and they did not rest well the entire week. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and grout touch up. The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was nice, the unit had everything we needed and came with several amenities. The washer was a nice & big and the dryer dried our laundry fairly quickly. The beach was clean and the unit also came with 2 rental chairs which was nice and in addition there a trash chute on the same floor made it easy to empty to trash. All and all there were more pros then cons and we enjoyed our stay.

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!

Reviewer Comments: I (Sharon Heidman) have spent two to three visits to PCB for oh 40 years minus covid of course and many, many times from owners at Regency Towers. We have friends close by in Graceville and Eufaula, AL The condo we stayed in (409) was comfortable but we must relay to you that the floors were absolutely filthy. I have a picture of my sisters socks and feet... black. If the condo price reflects your paying cleaners to ready the condo then you need to claw back funds from them. The fact that we have never been on a low floor and would tell you I dont think patio door locks. But, please know that we were otherwise comfortable and liked the chairs on beach. We thank you and hope to do this again. Appreciate the opportunity to speak. The shower rod would not stay up but the nice lad who came to fix managed to do just that. Thank you again. Great vacation rental! We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo itself was comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean, and the view was great. We were on the 4th floor, and from 10:00am until 9:00pm they play loud(ish) music for the pool guests so keep that in mind for kids or light sleepers. Thw building is rather dated and has 3 elevators. 1 elevator was shutdown the whole week and another was down for 48 hrs mid-week, which for a multi-level complex during spring break creates issues, especially during checking/checkout and grocery hauls. Overall I highly recommend.

Our family has a great time. This condo is very spacious. We loved having the tiki bar by the pool. Great prices and great food. Also we were able to rent jet skis/banana baiting right down on our beach! Very convenient location for grocery, restaurants, and fun times. The condo was missing just a few things in the kitchen that would’ve been helpful, but not enough to complain about.

No problems at all. We stayed a full week and enjoyed every day. We had use of Beach chairs furnished by our rental. Our condo was clean and so was the Regency Towers. Can't wait for our next trip.

Location was beautiful but we found underwear and socks under the beds and behind dressers …feet were black due to dirty floor …. A woman was swimming naked in the pool and wouldn’t get out …. Following night right before we had to leave a man above us was throwing things and yelling at a lady and sounded intoxicated. I called security and they didn’t do anything ….then someone else had to call the law ….my 3 year old was sleeping and the man was very aggressive we stayed inside and locked the doors …it was a scary experience. Will not be returning to this location as well as two of my neighbors.

I will say that the sliding glass door to the patio was extremely hard to open. So we just used the door from the master bedroom. The condo is located further down Thomas Drive so the traffic was nothing compared to when we stayed on Front Beach Road. One thing that we absolutely loved about RT was that they offered activities every day for families to enjoy. There was Bingo, Karaoke, an ice cream social, fireworks and a big bonfire! We loved just hanging out by the pool just as much as we loved going to the beach. There are lots of local places to eat which are great! You can't go to PCB without going to the Pink Pelican for ice cream and the Sunrise Diner for breakfast! I would highly recommend staying here. We already have plans on going back! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We all enjoyed our stay. Definitely enjoyed bikini bobs good drinks and cheap food. Our room needs a few things the door latch tightened up so it doesnt rattle, dryer vent cleaned and properly hooked up. Nothing that hindered our trip we would stay here again.

Ocean view from room and balcony. Clean and loved being on the 4th floor. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to lots of places to eat. Didn't like loud music day and night from bob's bikini bar at the pool below us.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The heated pools were definitely a highlight of our stay as well as the great prices at the bikini bobs tiki bars. Me and my friends had plenty of room and will definitely be back next year. Awesome experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me just say the view was great, but condo not so much-loved. When we arrived the condo had left over trash in fridge, alongside with slimy goo in bottom of it ( looked to be maybe where meat had been, seeing there was a pink tinge around it). The commode had a black filthy ring around it on the inside, and around it on bottom could've used some cleaning. The shower - left over hairs, and it would not drain. ANYBODY WHO WOULD'VE CLEANED THIS CONDO WOULD'VE KNOWN THAT! Baseboards dirty, peeling, same as doors, and thick dust was everywhere. We sat outside on the balcony the whole time, except when sleeping. While we sat out on the balcony, we had the overpowering odor of weed being smoked multiple times a day. The livingroom area, and master bedroom were the nicest things about the condo. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, but was told to bring your own toilet tissue, and paper towels, etc. Although the condo owner did supply a starter of the items. The sheets were cleaned, but highly doubt the comforter and shams were washed, especially since there looked to be cheeto remnants on the corner of one of them. Security was good, pool was clean, but for me, this rental ruined the thought of ever returning here again. Also, beware of the extra 4% fee that will be charged on top of the price if using a credit card. The management that we rented from, very unprofessional. However, the people at the property itself, pleasant to deal with.

The sheets on the king bed had multiple stains (we were able to get replaced), multiple live cockroaches were spotted in the kitchen, large food crumbs left under the front edge of the sofa, pieces of dry cat/dog food located in baskets that contained blocks for children to play with, dirty toilet, and left over soap in the bathroom from previous guests. Both the window and door in the main bedroom leaked while it was raining. Probably soaked up a gallon of water off the floor at these two spots. Emailed the condo owner and Emerald Coast regarding all of these issues and the only one addressed was the dirty sheet. Not even an apology was given. Property only has 3 elevators for a building with over 300 rooms. 1 elevator didn’t work the entire week, and a second elevator didn’t work one evening, leaving only 1 working elevator that night. Really enjoyed the two large pools (1 was even heated) and the poolside food and beverage bar. Also liked the fact that they had a gated entrance with security there at all hours.
