Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and useful but the AC was struggling. Seemed like the Nest thermostat was controlled by someone else. We would leave for the beach hoping to come back with a cool house and get back to 80 degrees even though we left it on 72-74 when we left. Very hot all day and night. Had to buy big fans to manage. The AC worked but seemed controlled.

The Sunkissed house was definitely one of our favorites. Super clean and cute house! It was very spacious for our large group! We had two couples, with 8 kids total ranging from 5 years old to 17 years old. The space had plenty of bed space, and seating for dining and living space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The only thing missing was kitchen towels and dishwasher detergent. Definitely bring your own kitchen towels, dish soap and toilet paper. Otherwise everything was superb! We all really enjoyed being super close to the beach and the surrounding area! I would recommend eating at Tia Juanita's just down the road. We loved it!

This was a nice stay plenty of space for the fourteen of us and the nicest deck to look at the waves. Will rent again hopefully soon

The view of the beach was amazing and just steps away. The house was super modern and very spacious. The bar on the second floor was enjoyable and the whole family had a great time. Would rent again in the future
