We booked the Loogerhead Cay beachfront property with very little lead time. The property was able to get us setup and checked in in less than a day. We have stayed at this complex previously and have always enjoyed it. However the view from this particular unit is unbeatable. A corner unit with direct access to the beach. Sanibel is a wonderful place with lots to see, do and find.

Family of 6 adults and a puppy stayed here. Right on the beach! 2 umbrellas and beach chairs provided. fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Very clean and up dated. 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. A perfect vacation. Hope to return to this exact unit. Sad to leave.

Close to beach, great location. Broken screen door, ice maker not working, no blinds or curtains on sliding glass door made the condo hot in the afternoon when sun came through. Plenty of room for everyone. Twin beds in second bedroom was great. Expensive fee for bringing a dog. Great for families.

I couldn't believe how clean the condo was. Dave had provided so much more to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of extra linens, blankets,towels. There was even a beach wagon to haul the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided for us. We will definitely be back.

This is a great condo! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach. Literally steps from the sand. You couldn’t get a more perfect condo for a beach lover.

It was the perfect location and the access to the beach was amazing with kids! The beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and cooler was perfect and saved us room in the car! We will definitely stay here again.

This was our absolute favorite beach trip yet, and the property couldn’t have had any better access to the beach! The condo was fully stocked with all your necessary kitchen and bathroom items, and they leave a nice welcome package with island info for you. There was also all the beach equipment we needed, except the beach chairs really need to be replaced. One was completely broken, leaving only 3 chairs for the 4 of us. Other than that, we have zero complaints. It was clean, the screened in porch was perfect for us to sit and enjoy sunsets and sunrises without a single issue with noseeums, and the ground level made it perfect for taking our dog in and out! We will definitely be back!!!

Best Sanibel stay ever
This unit was perfect! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and ground floor accessibility. This was the best unit we have stayed in so far on Sanibel, we hope to come back soon.

We appreciated having umbrella, chairs, and beach wagon to use for beach time. The pool area was lovely and the bathrooms for the pool area were convenient once we discovered them.
As much as we enjoyed our stay, it's hard to say anything negative. The condo could use a little updating but we would certainly return. Also, make sure you bring bug spray. However, I did see a Pest control company spraying on multiple occasions outside, thankfully.
Dave was quick to respond with any questions we had and was super easy to work with. Thank you for a memorable first trip to Sanibel Island. Shelling on The Gulf certainly didn't disappoint. We will be back again!

Master bath fan needs replaced LOUD..
Porch fan and light doesn't work.. vertical blinds do not work.. needs replacing..master bath only has 1 towel bar on shower door and rusty hooks elsewhere.... king bed mattress needs replacing..

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We had an amazing time exploring the island and taking in the views of the ocean right from the condo. It was so nice to be just steps from the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. A real gem!

The view was magnificent! Enjoyed the lanai and the very short walk to the beach. The reserved parking spot was nice. The welcome package with with trash bags, dish soap, sponge and laundry detergent was appreciated. Loved the fridge with ice maker and water dispenser!!! We definitely want to return!

Easy access to the beach - just steps away. Everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrella, towels & a beach wagon to transport your beach gear. We really appreciated the wagon. We were also thankful to be able to bring our small dog - he is an important member of our family! Kitchen is well appointed. Parking right outside your door. Condo location makes travel to town very easy. The Loggerhead community is beautiful, friendly & quiet. If the beach & shelling isn't enough - there's a huge pool & many outdoor activities available to do - no chance for boredom here. The owner Dave & property manager Paul are super nice people. They check in to see if everything is going ok or if you need anything. We've stayed here the past 2 January's & had a wonderful time.

Special Sanibel Gem!
Look no further! This little gem of a property is fully stocked, conveniently located to just about everything on Sanibel and Captiva. We found the property super clean, and the property manager to be extremely helpful and hands on if need be. The photos of the property are not staged, and what you see is exactly what's there! The beach is nice and wide - great for walking, biking, or running, and the calm surf lends itself to any type of water sport. The best restaurants are close by, and if you like to shop, you're steps away from some trouble! This property is also convenient to the interstate and US41. We loved this adorable corner unit so much that we booked it again!
