A great location! Just a quick walk down to the beach.

Had an awesome time! We had 4 families for a group of 19 and the house was spacious enough for all of us! Construction workers next door kept parking in out parking spots as we had 4 vehicles there but they moved without any issues. 2nd room floor was warm with 3 fans going while all the other rooms were nice and cold. Silverware was dirty and we had to wash most of it. Pool is small for all the kids we had but they made do! Being close to the beach was definitely great and golf cart to get around was awesome as well! All in all it was a great time

House was very roomy. Large bedrooms and baths. Short walk to the beach. Pool was small but the kids enjoyed it. Nice to be able to grill.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the property appeared nice.After going inside the property, we immediately realized how nasty the floors appeared the floors haven’t been mopped in months. The pool area and the pool also had not been cleaned. Before we were even able to use the pool we had to clean around the pool area and clean out the pool. Advising renters what day the pool service would arrive would also be helpful information and safety to the renters and service company..On Tuesday the pool guy showed up, NEVER knocking on the door, introducing himself, or anything. Just coming around to the gate at the pool area asking everyone to get out of the pool. Very inconsiderate when you have small children that just got in the pool. Not to mention just having a guy open the gate while you’re outside by the pool is very scary and unsafe to everyone.The home is listed as 5 bedrooms but the main king room downstairs is your only access to the pool, which puts everyone traveling thru the room several times a day. The home is nicely located to the beach, but please keep in mind it’s a public area so arrive early if you would like to use the golf cart for travel as the area gets very crowded.
