This place was so comfortable and the perfect size and location for a little getaway. I only regret not booking more nights! It was so hard to leave. Quite but walking distance to plenty of places

The property was fine as a place to sleep. We were there for two nights. We arrived after our flight around 1AM, and the instructions for accessing the property were incorrect. We were told the code provided would allow us to access the unit via the coded lock, but the code actually unlocked a key box. Luckily we were able to figure it out. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower, dirt and garbage on the floor and under the beds, and toothpaste residue on the towels hanging in the bathroom. There were dark blood looking stains on the sheets in both bedrooms. There was a lizard living in the gray sofa chair who made an appearance a few times during our stay. There was also a $25 registration fee that was not noted in the listing. The positives included comfortable beds, a great location, easy access to the pool and docks, and an assigned parking spot for the unit. All things considered, this was fine for our quick visit to Marco Island, but we wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel-equivalent stay or an extended period of time.

Darin's house was perfect for two couples to stay on Marco Island for a friend's wedding taking place at Marco Beach Ocean Resort. The location was awesome, close to restaurants and bars, but also a very quick Uber/Lyft ride from the wedding venue. The shared pool space was the highlight of our stay, it's equipped with a partially closed cabana with TV, music, tables and chairs which is perfect for lounging. We spent time hanging out with other residents in the condos who were very friendly. There were pool floaties and a deck of waterproof cards for games. The property itself was just as listed. Darin has many beach towels, chairs, and all other necessities for outdoor adventures. The home has games for indoor fun. Darin was a great communicator. He responded immediately to my VRBO messages as well as text messages to any questions I had. Overall fantastic experience, thanks Darin and GO PACK GO!

This is a very good getaway location, easily accessible to restaurants, beaches and shopping areas.

We were taking the Key West Express boat and this location was perfect. Nice quiet area. Newer beds. Nice condo

Enjoyed the condo. Great first floor location by the pool and docks. Nice amenities and neighbors / locals were great too.

I highly recommend this Place. If you have a boat you can walk right out of your door to it.

My family and I went to Marco Island for our annual family reunion. Our stay here was for 2 nights. Check-in and communication with the property manger (prior to our stay) was very good and easy. The unit seemed clean but we did find an empty Listerine bottle by the night stand in one room and a frying pan with dried, coagulated oil on it. There were NO mugs of any shape or form for coffee. My husband brewed it with the only mug, a metal one, and drank it out of a drinking glass because they had a single Keurig. So one brewing one at a time. I took a drinking glass out and it was cracked. The dishwasher was not attached so it came out when we opened it. And there was not toilet paper. Even a Motel 8 gives you at least one roll! The TV remote did not work. We even changed the batteries. The rest of our family was staying in a different place so we spent the day with them. When we returned the unit smelled musty and like rotten food was left in the garbage can. We had not eaten there nor had any food there. I had to spray the unit with Lysol. There is damp removers through out the unit but they are not enough. The sheets still felt wet. The beds were comfortable and the unit seemed to have been just painted. It is located next to the pool and the area is nice. We would not stay there again though. We did not contact the manager as we were spending our days somewhere else and it was basically a place to sleep.

Overall, great unit. Mattresses and bedding were pretty old and in need of replacement. My family felt the living room/dining furniture was too big for the area making it feel somewhat clunky and cramped. Could not get the TV in the living room to work, but bedrooms both have tvs which was nice. The outdoor/pool area on the canal was quaint and beautiful. It is a first floor unit, so no patio or balcony, but it is steps from the pool. We met several of the residents who have been there many years and are very friendly and welcoming. Communication with the host/owner was a bit disappointing and one-sided. Some emails with questions went unanswered. The registration form provided by the host was outdated and not sent to the correct contact (found this out when asked by residents, who clearly did not receive from host).
