Diese Villa (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Segeln und von Möglichkeiten zum Windsurfen entfernt. Es sind nur 11 Gehminuten zu Harbour Town Golf Links und 13 Gehminuten zu Harbour Town Lighthouse, also lass das Auto einfach an der Unterkunft stehen, die praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet.

In diesem Feriendomizil gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus erwarten dich ein Wohnzimmer, Klimaanlage und Concierge-Service. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the tennis court villa for almost a week in June 2025. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was updated nicely with a huge walk-in shower. We had plenty of bath towels and the bed linens were good quality. We had no issues while there and Island Time checked on us a few times to make sure all was good with the unit. It is on the third floor with a lovely view in the trees overlooking the pool but be aware there is no elevator. The location to Harbor town was extremely convenient and another center nearby was great as well. We particularly enjoyed our dinner at Truffles and making candles.

This condo has been wonderfully updated, and is located in a great location in Sea Pines - close to Harbor Town and an easy bike ride to South Beach. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable, including the beds. The primary bedroom and bathroom are delightful. See photos for the size of the shower in the primary bathroom - glorious! It is curious that the condo renovations did not extend to the second bathroom. It needs to be updated. Also, just be aware that the property manager, Island Time, adds on certain additional fees that you pay for whether you use them or not, such as a concierge fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for a one-week stay for myself, my fiancee and his mom. Just the right size! The few downsides were that there is no powder room for others to use outside of the ones connected to the bedroom. It is also worth noting that this condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building so if you have a stroller, wheelchair or an injury, it would be difficult to get up and down. We also found the couch cushions to be quite annoying as they moved around a lot/separated from one another when you sit on them. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!
