Once again we spend the whole month of July at he compound with all our family and the experience is always better. The new pool, furniture Maintenace service and the incredible Aquabanas on the waterfront made our stay unforgettable. The best sunsets in Florida

Stunning grounds and gorgeous, well maintained homes. We stayed for a long weekend with family and friends along with having a very small wedding. This is the perfect location, close to airports, restaurants, recreation, you name it! We didn’t want to leave the property! Amazing hosts with excellent communication. They truly know how to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The groundskeeper way wonderful as well. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The owners left a beautiful wedding gift for us as well. We were touched by the thoughtful gesture. Don’t think, just book this for your vacation! We saw dolphins, iguanas, fish, tons of marine life (bioluminescent fun at night too!), hawks, you name it! It was quiet, clean, VERY spacious. Easy to find a space to hang with everyone or if you need alone time there are tons of scenic areas around the property. We will be back for sure!

We had a family gathering here for a few days and then our wedding. Kelly and Greg were stellar hosts. They were so accommodating and really helped us get everything planned.
The property is beautiful. The cottages and main house are well kept, nicely decorated, and spacious.
The location is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, etc… We cannot say enough about our experience here. My wife, family, and friends made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. We plan on visiting every year (if Kelly and Greg will have us again, lol)

House and location were fantastic for our stay. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat trailer. Plan to eat dinner on the screened-in porch - the sunset views are a must!

We took a large group of friends down to celebrate birthdays. We had an infant, a handful of young kids, some older kids and lots of adults. This place was great that every family could have a private bedroom and bathroom, there were wonderful shared living spaces. The beach area was both beautiful and safe. The houses are set back off of the busy highway so there is additional safety if you are taking children. Littles could wade in to the water and we could float and kayak around the docks. We caught (and released) a shark, eel and lots of fish which kept the kids entertained. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, serving platters, dishwashers, grills, etc. Everything we could need for hosting a large group. The tiki hut on the beach was an excellent hangout space in the shade. Greg and Kelly were fantastic to work with. We also used the following amazing local vendors if you are looking to make your trip even easier: Chef Drew Catering, Mikes 101 BBQ, Tower Pizza, Islamorada Brewery, Key Largo Adventure Charters and Efoil the Keys. We can't wait to return!

Brought some family and friends down to celebrate a birthday. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Place was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room.
There is no better location or views and the house was immaculate.

This property was the perfect place for my birthday celebration with all my grown children and their spouses.
Wonderful large well equipped kitchen for all the meals we prepared. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, fresh and very comfortable. We spent many hours on the screen porch facing the water and the sunset. Large additional living area on the bottom floor and large well equipped laundry area and additional refrigerator/freezer. The beach area and kayaks area on the gulf was supplied with comfortable furniture enough to share with the other 2 houses on the property. The owner Kelly was very responsive and easy to work with.

This was a perfect place to have my wife's 50th birthday week. We had all of our kids and their significant others as well as two grandchildren. The house was vey organized and clean. The kitchen was well stocked which was great in cooking meals and baking. The walk to the shore was easy and we took advantage of the fire pit. The additional chairs and the hut were great to relax in. Parking was not an issue either. My wife and kids had a great time watching the iguanas in the front yard as well. It was a great time and a wonderful birthday for my wife.

5 star resort like accommodations. Great for large groups. There’s wasn’t anything that didn’t exceed our expectations. The grounds, main house and cottages were spotless and very well appointed with everything we needed. Great location just south of Key Largo and North of Islamorada. Bring your boat and jet skis we visited the sand bar and reefs and did sunset cruise every evening. Truly a great place to make special memories. Our whole group highly recommends and the Dell’s were great hosts too, gave us recommendations and were available for questions. Thanks for hosting us we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! We had 3 total families (6 adults, 7 children) and the layout of the house w/ 5.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a 2nd kitchen near the kids' bunk room was perfect. We loved using the onsite kayaks to explore the area, and the sunsets every night were gorgeous. We fished off the dock at night and the kids had a great time catching fish. The owners were very accommodating throughout the process. An all around great experience!

A very beautiful and spacious home! The boat dock was nice and spacious as well! The beach and dock are a short walk from the house since the house is set back further. The other family/guest who stayed in the cottages were nice so sharing the beach with them wasn’t an issue and we enjoyed getting to meet them. The property was nice and big so we had enough room for all 3 of our boat trailers which is definitely a plus for our group!

Our family ranges from 3.5 years to 75 years. The kids (young and old) were able to entertain themselves most of the time without the TV. We spent a lot of time on the paddle boards, kayaks, and rafts. The teenagers had a lot of fun fishing off the dock catching Grunt fish and hooking a Parrot Fish big enough to break the line. We played soccer and Wiffle Ball on the sand area at the beach. There are two fire rings at the beach but by evening the kids were too tired to make a fire and fix smores! Bummer! We went to the Dolphin Research Center and Sun Diver for snorkleing. The dolphins were absolutely the best memory we made, playing with grand kids on the beach a close second, and snorkleing a close third. I hope we can work it out to be there nexzt year!

Great time over Labor Day weekend
We stayed in the Ellis house over the Labor Day weekend with two other families. We enjoyed the house's contemporary decor and cleanliness. The dock had plenty of space for our dock with a fish cleaning station. We enjoyed sitting by the fire with Greg and Kelly while the teenagers enjoyed paddle boarding and the old school arcade game in the basement. We also were lucky enough to see a family of manatee's under the dock. Overall it was an excellent experience which we look forward to repeating.

Absolutely Gorgeous!!!
Not only were the owner & property manager super friendly, kind and timely with their responses, but the property was absolutely gorgeous & seemed to have just about everything! It was also so incredibly clean that I could have felt comfortable eating off the floor. We stayed with a group of 13 in the Ellis House & it was, to our pleasant surprise, more than spacious & accommodating. Everyone was able to kayak, paddle board, and canoe right near the back dock (the house provided everything). With just a short walk through the backyard we were able to see stingrays, eels, parrot fish, jellyfish & Angel fish. The grill was also included & in close proximity to the dock was a cleaning station which we used to clean our lobster tails that were caught just a short ride away from the house. We will definitely be making this an annual trip & I highly recommend staying here it will absolutely exceed your expectations.

Communication with the property manager and owner was smooth and easy. She was on site to check us in and give us a tour. She also provided recommendations to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Each set of adults had their own room with great amenities. The views are spectacular, especially the sunsets! This property is unique because it’s right on the gulf side and we had calm water every day. So much fun! I would highly recommend and we certainly plan to stay again. We have stayed in the Keys before and what makes this property unique is that it is very private with a great beach area. The owners have plans to put a pool but the bay area in front of house was so great for swimming and hanging out that I don’t think they need it. The kids loved snorkeling around the dock, paddle boarding and the location for boating was great. The owners were super attentive to anything we needed and Lisa the property manager was always available. The house is super clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely return.
