It was amazing the house was awesome and the owners were very nice. We had great communication with them the entire week. My grandson loves the beach and it close we went every day except Thursday due to the weather. He also loved the pool he is a water monkey. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with family it was close to alot of sightseeing which we also did. Thank you again for the great week --The Baldwins and Hess's

We all loved it. I’ve been coming to OBX for more than 20 years, it was my girlfriend’s second trip, and her boys’ first. The boys fell in love with the place. This time I proposed to my now fiancée, and we had a memorable stay we’ll never forget. Two things: 1, to renters, be careful in the water on either side of a hurricane. I’ve been swimming those waters my whole life, and this year the surf and currents were VERY intense for the first couple days after Idalia left, the most intense I’ve seen. And 2, to the management, just one tiny constructive criticism; the beds are awfully stiff. Hop on Amazon and grab some of their tall mattresses and the house will be perfect.

The house was beautiful loved it but did have some issues with the shower tubs in 2 of the bedrooms that the drain didnt work, informed the owner of the house and was told they would have maintenance there the next day but never showed the whole week we were there also mold on the shower curtain as well but never got changed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay very nice to have access to alot of shopping areas

The house is absolutely beautiful inside. We'll set up to handle our crew! About an 8 minute walk to the beach. Great pool. Extremely responsive owner. Would rent again.

My family & I had a great time staying at this property. It was a short easy walk to the beach. Renting the property and checking in/out was such an easy process. We had the option for heating the pool which was awesome for the kids in early June. We highly recommend this home!

We had a family of 10, including two children ages 9 and 13 stay for a week this house. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom and bedrooms plus the kitchen and family room were large enough for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked so most nights we just cooked a large dinner for everyone. But the biggest hit with everyone was the pool and hot tub. The house is only three blocks from the beach so we spent a lot of time there but we also spent an equal amount of time in the pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay again. We all really enjoyed it.

Awesome house with a great location to everything! Although the rain got in the way of a few our days, the house gave us everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was the best part for the kids! The property manager was super attentive and helpful with any questions we had.

Mermaid Way was a great stay! It's a few blocks from the beach, across from mini golf and a Publics - we felt close to everything.
The kitchen had a great stock of appliances including a blender, Keurig and small regular coffee pot, several pots, pans, cutlery and bowls/plates/mugs for days. We made plenty of homemade meals without any trouble. There were extras like popcorn machine, spices, and a few pantry staples which was convenient.
Do bring trash bags and extra towels for the beach if you have a large crew.
The yard has a nice pool and enough grass to play cornhole.
We would love to return!

We had an amazing time despite it being cold and rainy. The house was great for two families. Location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. Would definitely stay at this rental again!

This house was great for our vacation to outer banks. There was enough space for all of us. We enjoyed the heated pool on the breezy days during our stay. The kids were in the pool every single day. It was a short walk to the beach for the morning sunrises. It was a great home away from home for a week.

Property and owner were so amazing! Very quick responses to all my booking messages. The property itself was in an amazing location right across Publix and close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and had privacy from neighbors. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and clean. Definitely returning!

What a beautiful home!! The most well stocked kitchen ever you don’t need to bring a thing but the food!! We had such a beautiful time here!! The noise of traffic took a little getting use to but so worth the stay!! We will definitely be back!!

House was great with beautiful pool. Had a tent for beach so drove up to parking early in morning and then walked with cart to beach. Loved the convenience of Publix!

Great Place to stay!
This is a great place to stay for the week. The pool is great and not too far to walk to the beach. It is very nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. My grandsons really enjoyed the pool. Lots of kitchen items and lots of games.
Overall would rent this house again.

Excellent house
Excellent property! Very convenient to stores and mini golf. The pool was a great feature when you weren’t at the beach. Its a very short walk to the public beach access. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Great Family Beach House
The house was able to accommodate our big family. The location was great because it was only 5 min walk to the ocean and 10 min drive to the soundside. The property came with an outdoor pool for our non-beach days. The property owner were really responsive and check-in was super simple. Would love to rent again in the near future and highly recommended for family trips. Cheers!!
