Curb appeal was lacking yard is not maintained like the rest of neighborhood. Overgrown shrubs and grass lacks curb appeal. There were spiders and large webs in the upstairs bedrooms ceiling fan in living area had inches of dust on it. Some of the linens were not clean. The home needs TLC, peeling ceiling in kitchen, entire home needs interior paint bathroom flooring needs to be replaced. Some of the electrical plugs did not work. No curtain or shade in downstairs bathroom, shower upstairs drain extremely slow. Also, the cleaning fee that is charged there should not have been issues with linens, dusty fan and spiderwebs. 2 Keurig machines in kitchen and larger one does not work. Some of the positives - centrally located, hardwood floors were very nice and window ACs worked extremely well.

The home is comfortable and convenient. One bedroom is downstairs so it was helpful for a person who can't easily use stairs. The rooms upstairs were great for our family. The breakfast patio was lovely and there was a nice welcome basket for us when we arrived. The host is very responsive.

Our group of 6 fit comfortably in the home. We enjoyed the outside deck and the location - super convenient and cute neighborhood. The AC worked well, the house was comfortable, and we were able to do some light cooking without any issue. Thanks!

This VRBO had a flexible schedule, allowing a 2-night, weekend stay, for 6 adults. Owner responded quickly to emails and was pleasant. Welcome basket with snacks greeted us. The home was clean, located in a safe and quiet, residential neighborhood close to services, beaches and bike trail. The house is located behind a tall hedge row that covered the address on the mailbox, so look for number next to front door. Beds were comfortable. This property has potential to be a highly rated VRBO, but is undergoing DIY renovation. It is a mix of new and old. The two bedrooms upstairs shared a remodeled bathroom and were very nice and private. Kitchen and downstairs bath are partially renovated . For example, microwave is on counter, stove and sink are old, but there is a new refrigerator. Downstairs bathtub drain was plugged, no curtain on the window, walls partially painted, towels not left for first floor bath, (owner dropped them off.) A/C units are in bedroom windows, laundry is in basement, no gas grill, parking for two cars in driveway or on street. The house was comfortable and had basic amenities without luxury .

There was also no TP, but later the manager (who was good about responding quickly) told me that there had been some in the kitchen closet (I didn't see it). The upstairs shower sprayed everywhere, so we all used the downstairs shower. Basic accommodations with newer furnishing/towels/sheets, but it also needed a bit more TLC throughout.
