We had a great time staying in McMinnville. The house is located so close to all of the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. It was convenient and made the stay enjoyable and stress free. We had great communication from the owner when needed. Highly recommend!

Everything was as advertised. Loved being so close to downtown but especially close to my family. I would totally recommend this place to my family and friends. Stephanie was very communicative and very prompt on all forms of communication. Will definitely return here one day!

This house is perfect. We had a weekend girls trip, 3 people, each had our own bed. The house is so adorable, perfect amount of space, very comfortable, amazing outside patio and great location walkable to downtown. It’s everything and more that the description states. Also, it was clean and the communication with the host was prompt and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

This farmhouse was super cozy, clean and comfortable for two adults and one pup. Highlights were the kitchen and bathrooms and the location just a short walk to 3rd St. Would recommend highly.

First of all, Stephanie was a dream host! She was always responsive; and I even timed her email responses at 3 minutes. The property was actually better than I had expected. It suited my family perfectly in relation to size and amenities. We made good use of the stove, microwave, dining table, dishwasher washer and dryer and other necessities of daily living. The proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and shops was really good. A car is needed because of the area, but going to McMinnville's wine center on 3rd Street doesn't require a car. We loved the short walk and took advantage of this more than three times. i highly recommend staying at this wonderful property!

The property is cute, updated and clean. The location was great for a quick walk to wineries, restaurants on 3rd and Linfield University. The owner communication was prompt and reliable, which is fantastic! We have already booked another stay!

We stayed over Christmas 2021 and returned again for a second time in February 2023 because the home worked well for the four of us. It's great to have a fully functional kitchen and plenty of space. Stephanie is always very responsive and helpful.

This is our second time staying at the Farmhouse and it was just as great as the first time - love everything about it.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this lovely farmhouse. It really was nearby everything one could ask for. Made it so easy to venture out and then back home, without having to worry about Ubers or Lyfts. Very clean and comfortable beds too. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. I would love to stay here again someday!

We loved our stay at the Davis St Farmhouse. The house is warm and comfortable with all the amenities. The fenced backyard was perfect for our puppies to play and the neighborhood was the perfect location for short walks and easy access to 3rd Street and Linfield University.

First time to this VRBO house and it exceeded expectations! It is just a couple blocks from the main part of town so very easy walk. The house was so cute and very clean and had all the amenities for weekend getaway for me and 2 friends. The rental is bigger than what we expected from pictures. Such a great hang out space and kitchen. We all had plenty of room. Also, Stephanie is very responsive when I messaged leading up to the rental about logistics. She literally responded within minutes. Can't say enough great things about our experience here! We had a wonderful time.

Such a great gem that’s walking distance to town! I travel a lot and this is by far the cleanest I’ve had a place upon arrival which made me feel so comfortable! Also, great communication from the host. Overall a very lovely stay - definitely recommend.

My friend from CA and me from Washington met in the middle. For 2 women, having 2 bedrooms/2 baths was luxurious, as the spacious cottage can accommodate more. Farmers market on arrival day was across the street. Dinner at LaRambla on Thursday and Friday because their menu requires more than one meal there. Can confirm there is a comfy sofa for movie watching, and a well equipped kitchen, where we had our breakfasts, and cooked up Saturday dinner with our farmer’s market purchases, some lamb sausage, and yummy fancy pasta and olive oil that we picked up in town. Tasting room visits on third street, Evergreen Aviation Museum, and NW Wine bus tour made for a fun 4-day vacation!

The property was perfect. It is just a 7min walk into the main part of town and within 15-20 mins to many wineries. The house was so charming, clean and all amenities provided. Plenty of towels (which looked brand new) and blankets. The owner was so accommodating. I needed to access the property early to put a wedding cake in the refrigerator and she worked with me with no problems or extra charge. The block was super quite at night. Being 2 block off the main 3rd street, there was no loud noise or music to keep you up all night. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are staying in McMinville.

The Davis Farmhouse was perfect for our stay! Very clean, access to laundry & outdoor space. Stephanie was in contact and available the entire duration + provided recommendations. A short walk to 3rd Street, made you feel like a local & everyone in town was super friendly. The location was perfect to winery visits & more. Can't wait to come back.

My husband and I spent a week at this charming farmhouse and are excited to return again next year. The home is well-appointed for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The owner was great to communicate arrival / departure information and also kindly checked on us during our stay. Truly a great visit and perfect space for our needs.

Stephanie is a great host and checked on us during our stay due very high summer temperature. This house is in a great location with plenty of space and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The house was spotless and clean. For anyone that isn't a pet owner, the animal aroma might be a minor inconvenience during the hot summer months, but everything else more than makes up for it.

Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. She provided all necessary information for check in/out and we had no issues. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the listing photos and was actually larger than expected. Location is AMAZING! Walkable to everything downtown - shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, ice cream. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
