The house and the view were great Wesley and Lee Ann were super in responding to 3 minor problem

We hosted our wedding at this Gorgeous house (As there were just a few minor issues the first night, the owner was on top of it!) we have zero complaints about our stay. Beds were all super comfy and everyone enjoyed the large space and privacy. The kids were in the pool and hot tub every single day. Amazing place for sure!!

We held a Christian Womens retreat. It was perfect. Multiple areas for discussion, teaching and down time. Great areas to prepare meals. Our gals loved it all.

We loved it. Has everything you would want for Large groups. Location is perfect.

We loved the house, however I was on the floor that the elevator did not make it to. Lol we will be back, thanks for a lovely vacation house

It was a great house for a large and extended family. Lots of porch space and views of sunsets and sunrises.

Even the storms were awesome. The double rainbow beautiful. And beach perfect.

We stayed in this house last year, and again this summer. It’s a beautiful house but has not been kept up or improved upon. We were there as a family reunion, and found that it is just not set up for that. There are limited cooking supplies, such as pots, pans, casserole dishes, and other things you’d need for a large family to cook on a nightly basis. There are plenty of dishes. This visit our house was incompletely cleaned, and we had to do a lot of that ourselves. I will say that every concern or problem we had was promptly addressed and solved as best as they could by management. We had a list of issues, and a gentleman was there within a half day and stayed until he fixed every last thing, that he was able. We had a problem with the doors staying shut and locked and a representative from the door and window company came the next day. I’m sure this is a nice venue for a wedding, but not for a large family vacation, especially at this price.

Only thing that was worth the money was the view . Everything in house was broke and filthy, needs deep cleaning . Carpets were stained and dirty , sofa’s so dirty you couldn’t sit on them . House cleaning personnel left behind something to be desired from former tenants, bloody diabetic supplies, hair balls in bathtub. Broke air conditioner , good luck

The choice of THIS house on THIS beach for our 4 day function in early November was made primarily due to the availability of a hot tub, pool, and fireplace as well as the ability to sleep 25 plus. Contact was made with Vacasa a month in advance to be sure the hot tub was working and pool would be heated, a priority as we have a special needs family member. Upon arrival, the hot tub was broken. It did not work during our stay. The pool was lukewarm at best and we had to call to have the heat turned up to make it usable by day 2. The pool area was unsafe to use at night because the in-pool lights as well as overhead lights in the pool area were not working and it was pitch dark. The fireplace was missing a key. By day 2 the key was purchased but then the gas line had problems and had to be adjusted to allow it to heat the 2 story great room which was chilly in the mornings and evenings. The outdoor deck furniture was simply strewn around and had to all be positioned. The house itself? Beautiful. Huge. Many areas to use, well furnished. Beds comfy. Kitchens well set up for entertaining large groups. Outdoor deck areas and walkways all well maintained. Be aware that two 2nd floor bedrooms technically share a bathroom, unless guests in one room use the full bath on the main level. There also is no swing by the pool as depicted in the pictures, which are definitely not current. Carpets either need to be replaced or cleaned as they are stained and look dirty, Of note, parking can be an issue here for a large group as you cannot park on the street. We are not new to large luxury rentals for family functions. Had the amenities worked and areas have been better set up and maintained, overall this would have been a great place to stay.

This is an awesome house that will fit an extended family (11 bedrooms!) Great access and views of both the beach and the "lagoon" side. Location is at the end of Gulf Shores drive, so much more "private" down there.
