The view from the hotel room is excellent. The location is not easy to get to without a car. We rented a car with a local driver. The infinity pool is great, and the sunset is beautiful

I wished the checkout time was a bit later, like 12, with a resort like this since the majority of the family were there for the pool and the view. We do need to get a shower afterward. This location is still pretty far from Kenting if your final destination is to Kenting.

Excellent hotel, plus I received an upgrade.

The hotel has a huge elevator with a circular cafe/bar on top that serves as a landmark, yet the architect forgot to build pedestrian access to the parking lot. Don't ask about access to the beach.

Holiday price is expensive and its package not worth it.

Breakfast is excellent i love the noodles soup. Location a little beat far but worth to come over the sunset is spectacular in pool area. We love it❤️

No shuttle bus going to train station but nothing more I don’t like.

its very nice place to relax

The first thing i like at the property is the view and the location (it is much better if the property has beach access 😅). The place is good for relaxing, it's so comfortable that we did have a good sleep and skip the happy hour. Mostly, the staff were accommodating that you won't hesitate to ask anything. Thank you for giving us our request to have a room at the upper level of the hotel.

If you don't have a private car, it's the inconvenience of getting there. Though they have a shuttle going to the bus station.

Breakfast is to be taken before 9am, breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were cold due to standing on the counters for too long without being replaced

Great location with amazing view of Pacific. Has kids activity room, VR, evening live music, infinity pool, UFO lounge to enjoy Sun set.
