Perfect setting on scenic, quiet and peaceful canal. Lots of natural beauty with many opportunities to enjoy from the decks and fire pit area around the house. House itself was thoughtfully decorated and appointed including kayaks, bikes, board games, and little things like cotton balls and q tips. Mike and Paula were exceptional hosts providing lots of info and immediate responses to any questions, couldn't have been better. While quiet and peaceful, the house is also close to a number of good restaurants, grocery stores, and (of course) wineries. We loved our stay, only regret is the time went much too fast.

My family had an amazing week in the Finger Lakes and at this property. The house was stocked better than any other VRBO we've stayed at. Anytime we weren't exploring the area the guys were fishing off the lovely new dock. We enjoyed everything from the beautifully decorated home and yard to the kayaks, fishing gear and everything we needed for a relaxing fire at the end of the night. Great location. Highly recommend and hope to come back someday.

Staying at Three West St in Waterloo, NY was like living in an impressionistic painting for a week. My family was not familiar with the Finger Lakes. This vacation added so much to our year, our mindset, and our family closeness. There's simply not enough space here to say how perfect this experience was. Location, property, property manager communication...all Stellar. Exceeded expectations. Will Go Back If At All Possible!!!! Often!!!

Our group (4 couples) had a wonderful stay at this property. Mike, our host was pleasant, super responsive, communicated often and flexible. The property itself is in a good location, has a great outdoor space that we wish we could have utilized more, unfortunately it rained 3 of the 6 days we were there. The inside space is inviting and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we lacked for nothing. One thing to note is that the two bedrooms on the upper level are on the small size as compared to the bedrooms on the main level, so not ideal for the two couples who get assigned those rooms. Overall, a very nice property that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting that region.

This was the best lakehouse we've stayed at. Very clean, beds were super comfortable, a complete kitchen, and plenty of rooms to find privacy if needed. We are a family of 6 adults and a six year old. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it was private and quiet. The best part I think was the outside space. Beautiful view of the water, plenty of shade, flat grassy area for lawn games, and plenty of covered areas in case in rained. I would definely come back.

From start to finish, this property is well appointed, beautifully situated, and very inviting. Comfortable beds and crisp linens, ample room for a large group, outdoor settings a plenty surrounded by stunning gardens. Close to a variety of attractions but cozy enough you might just stay put.

The property is fantastic. At the end of a street that meets the canal, there is no road noise or traffic. The tranquility of the property and the canal is what we remarked on most often. Three different outside seating areas were perfect for accommodating those of us who kept seeking shade throughout the day as well as those looking for the warm sun. We all enjoyed use of the provided kayaks, bikes, etc. We spent every evening at the firepit, enjoying the peace and quiet and privacy. We were looking for a relaxing escape for a few days to recharge and enjoy time with our friends and this was a perfect spot for just that. The interior of the home was also well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others, and may return again. Thanks.

We had a wonderful family get together. Paula and Mike were a wonderful hosts. The kitchen was probably one of the most equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental property. And the outside grounds provided almost an entire second house.

We rented Mike and Paula’s home for a long weekend with another family. Our children were 10,7,6 and 3 years old. The house was perfect for our group. If we forgot something it was there. So many nice touches with decor and very clean. We used all of the outdoor amenities daily. Fire pit, kayaks, dock and outdoor seating areas were all perfect. We did bring a boat with us and the dock worked out great. The town ramp which was only blocks away make it very easy. We were able to boat to Seneca and Cayuga lakes. Overall it was a great trip that was centered around relaxing at this beautiful house.

If only I could give more than 5 stars we would. This was a most excellent vacation from every aspect. First, the landlords were so cordial and responsive. Second, the property itself is awesome. The pictures posted were spot on. Lovely porches looking at the water, porches galore, a pavilion for seating in case of rain, a welcoming fire pit and more. Inside the house was exactly as Mike told us, well- appointed with every convenience. Plenty of linens and a heavenly kitchen. The house has maintained its charm while being flawlessly updated (with very comfy beds too). All the extras which show excellent taste and everything with the renter in mind --just like home and more. And the other amenities were much enjoyed, especially the kayaks. The canal is wonderful for a paddle and there is quite a bit of wildlife to view on your float. Of course, while the setting is idyllic, relaxing and peaceful, the home is convenient to everything the Finger Lakes offers -- wineries everywhere, historical excursions and super restaurants. You could not imagine a better place to spend some idle time relaxing and enjoying everything the area has. Kudos to Mike and Paula for thinking of everything and making it happen!! We'll be back!!

What a treat! We look forward to the precious days of vacation and there is many options! This place had everything we wanted and needed. It was an awesome week that went way too fast. Great place to stay!
