The property was lovely, only one hiccup, there were no linens at all. The listing didn't give details about the linen situation so we had preplanned for the event. Overall great stay and location.

The property description did not include all details about the kitchen amenities. We were unaware until after booking that there was not a stove with oven and full cook top. Included was a single burner for cooking and small toaster oven. I think this should be made clear under amenities. Eating out for dinner was our only real option. Breakfast and lunch were not a problem. The place was tidy but could have used a deep clean including tile floor. The outside seating area was around the corner and not really usable to store beach chairs or sandy supplies or to relax as it was open to all passing by. Overall, the condo was just big enough for two people and functioned well with the exception of the dishwasher. which was not working upon arrival. George, the owner was very nice and got back to us quickly about the dishwasher. I would go back but would not consider this condo for a weeklong stay due to the limited amenities.

I remember staying at Summer Winds as a child and it was nice to take my children! My husband had to work so I’m thankful everything went smoothly with our stay.

We rented this exact place last year and loved it so much that we decided to come back again this year. It is the perfect amount of space for my husband, 2 children, and me. The kids love the pools!

My husband and I checked in effortlessly on Friday afternoon. The keyless entry was a little tricky to get used to, but it was so convenient not having to worry about keeping up with a key and only a code to remember. The condo had obviously just been renovated and was clean. There is not much in the way of kitchen utensils or pots and pans, because there is no stove. We were a little surprised by not having a stove, and the only oven has a toaster oven. It was not a problem for us, but if we have been there for more than three or four days it could have been somewhat of an issue. Overall our state was wonderful it was a short walk to the beach we had a great view of the pool and some of the ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The provided instructions helped us navigate into and around the property and the residence was very quaint and had all the necessities for a three day stay with my wife and my two boys of 2 and 10. The proximity to the pool was perfect and the short walk to the stairs down to the beach was almost as easy. Plenty of places to eat on the island, both close and with a little bit of driving, and great shopping opportunities. Overall, we would consider another stay at the property as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loved this efficiency unit. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The beach is beautiful and loved having pools too. The cheeseburgers at the grill at the pool are awesome too.

We absolutely loved staying here! When we walked it, we were so happy with the space!! It looked newly renovated and the decorating was beautiful. Very well done, but clean & crisp at the same time, so you had plenty of places to put your stuff down to use while you were there, like a hotel. Very convenient to the parking lot the pool and the beach but had very little traffic coming past our room making noise. With just me and my two teenagers, It is a gated community with security, and we felt very safe there. The pool and the beach were lovely. We were able to put our stuff on the beach and it was not overcrowded, the pool was not overcrowded, so it was very peaceful. The tenants were so kind to us and I had a long conversation with one very sweet woman. It was very convenient to the places we wanted to go. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again. As for some of the things people mentioned in the comments, we had no issues whatsoever. The owner was wonderful, and I had no issues getting in contact with him. He even called and left me a message to let me know the room was available for the extra day we requested and that he had approved it. The lock on the door was easy to use, and we had no issues nor did we ever have to call maintenance or security. Make sure you use the code he gives you on the email, not the code on the attachment in the email. In the space, there is a front living room / kitchen with a pull-out pouch that is a queen. There is a door to the seperate bedroom which has a king. Beautiful clean bathroom with a nice shower. The kitchen does have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, & refrigerator. It does include dishes. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels, toilet paper and extra paper towels, and I would bring extra trash bags just because my kids created a lot of trash eating snacks. So easy to do and was not a big deal at all. We had no issues running anything in the kitchen. All of the appliances worjed beautifully. All in all, this place was very lovely and we would absolutely stay here again if George will have us!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!!

Perfect for our anniversary beach trip! Safe and quaint area. Upgraded condo decor and appliances was perfect for small meals and snacks! Pool was just steps away from the door and ocean access was right out front. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Stayed for a weekend. Very convenient to beach and pool. Had everything we needed. Had an issue with door code but was resolved quickly.

This place was everything we needed for a weekend at the beach for my wife and I. Very nice single bedroom condo. First floor unit right next to the parking lot, pool, and access to the beach. Indian beach is nice, clean, and wasn't too crowded. Extremely convenient. Will probably be back.

Cozy and romantic

When we attempted to book the property, it took 3 attempts before the owner responded. Three days before check in we had to request check-in information that we never received. When we arrived at the property, we were unable to enter the property with the security information we were given. I made several attempts to contact the owner by phone and email, never with any response. Had it not been for the security personnel and the property manager, we would not have been able to access the property. According to them, we were not the first renters to experience the same situation. In addition, a water main broke and we were without water until around 11 p.m. that night. Luckily, the remainder of our stay was uneventful.

The only problems we had were that the stove would not work. We could not cook our pizza and the hot plate only got hot enough to barely boil water. Also a fuse blew when we had the fire going and the microwave going at the same time. Other than that everything was good.

Was a former storage space recently converted into a nice 1 bedroom studio. Missed the fact that the unit did not have it's own patio or deck space. Owner needs to add a book that describes how 'unusual' appliances work (fireplace, external ice machine, strange 'hot plate' above microwave) and no info on local restaurants or things to do, First strange to have to bring own bed linens, but there was NO toilet paper, paper or dish towels or bar soap - so had to find a late night store before could spend the night. Most discouraging was the issues with the door lock. Had to bring security over numerous times to help to lock the door when gone (security folks were great, and shared there had been prior issues with the same door). All this is fixable for the owner to take care of.
