We spent 5 days at the apartment and we had wonderful time. Very spacious kitchen and well equipped. 2 living areas and dining room have fantastic view of the beach and ocean. One morning during breakfast, we enjoyed watching dolphins in the ocean. Cannot imagine more relaxing vacation. Plenty of rooms to sleep, comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms. Chris was ver flexible with our check in and check out which worked so well for us. We would come back here any time.

Loved staying at the property - the location and view is unbeatable. Great and easy communication as well. Would definitely stay again.

First things first, Chris was a terrific host; very responsive and accommodating to help make our bachelorette weekend a success. The girls and I all enjoyed ourselves. The unit was meticulously clean, well-decorated and comfortable. It was the perfect location directly on the beach with a great view of the boardwalk and the beach. All in all, it was a great experience & we can’t wait to return.

Large space, great host, and perfect location. Our family would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our family recently stayed during July 4th week. Rehoboth seemed super family friendly & we enjoyed our time. Many great restaurants and shops within a short walk. Apartment was great. Clean & offered all the amenities a family needs. Chris is fantastic to work with! Very friendly & responsive. He works hard to make a nice experience for renters & I appreciated his efforts. A couple issues I'm sure he will soon address. Hall bathroom is a bit dated. Floor tile was broken resulting in a hole & pieces that were sharp. We moved the pieces & placed the provided bath rug over top the hole which completely solved the problem for our stay. One of the support legs on the wall-mounted sink moved easily when bumped. We had to be careful not to hit it when walking by & move it back into place when we did hit it. The room could definitely use an update or at least repairs & more sturdy structures. One of the windows right next to one of the twin beds was broken in multiple locations which made us nervous to have our kids sleep next to it. The second room with twin beds had a window that was fully intact so we just had them sleep in there. Overall, none of these issues really impacted our stay. Some negatives out of Chris' control: VERY loud street cleaner at 5:30AM EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Came at 3:15AM AND 5:30AM one of the mornings. 5:30AM garbage truck 2x week too. So grab your coffee & plan to watch the gorgeous sunrise & take an afternoon nap because you WILL wake up early.

This is a spot where you are definately in the thick of it. It is fun, easy, busy, but more importantly it is just a good time. If you have kids, we have 4 (4, 6,8,&10), be mindful that there is a lot of energy, music, foot traffic during the day and through the night. But if you can manage that and want that, it's a wonderful spot! It took us about 30 second to walk from the gate to the beach... you can use your own bathroom, instead of the public bathroom. Victory! Kids had a blast, we are tried.. .and that's all that matters! The propertly is a 5/5, but Chris is 10/5... this made it much easier for us. We had a slight hiccup the first day, but it was remedied very quickly. Good Times!

Chris is the ultimate host! Very responsive and such attention to detail. Place is exactly as pictured; meticulously clean, organized, tastefully decorated, new everything and in the heart of the boardwalk in Rehoboth. So convenient we could eat, shop or go to the beach all just steps away! The AC worked like a charm and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Three huge TVs so on the rare occasion we were inside, we all could watch what we liked. The extra den was perfect for my daughter’s friends to hang out too. Plenty of room never felt cramped. You should book today!!!

This is a lovely rental unit w incredible views and located in the most central location! The unit was exactly as it shows in the pictures and very comfortable!

It was a great experience with excellent communication with our host, thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome, and it was even closer to the beach than I thought. Sitting on the couch and looking out the windows, we saw a sweeping view of the entire ocean from the living room.

Perfect for a quick getaway.

This was our first visit to Reheboth Beach and that too with a child. We couldn't have asked for a better location, better view, and better stay. We were able to just stay in the room and enjoy the sunrises. The property was clean, well stocked and extremely convenient. A home while on vacation. A lot of effort has been put into renovating the master bedroom and bath, and living spaces. We wished the blinds in the smaller bedroom were also room darkening or had curtains. It is loud ( construction and music) until 10 pm and the early morning crew at 5 am. We forgot to bring pins to block the windows for our child's room. We also hope the host will consider renovating the hallway common restroom. It is the most dated part of the house and in some ways unsafe for a child. Overall, we had the best stay and now we know a few things that will help us prepare for next time.

One Rehoboth was the perfect selection for our beach get-away. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and perfectly situated. The ocean, beach and boardwalk views were mesmerizing. And, there cannot be a more convenient spot in all of Rehoboth. We walked everywhere and found amazing restaurants and cute boutiques. Communication with the host could not have been any better, as all instructions were very clear and accurate. Our get-away exceeded our expectations and One Rehoboth gets an A++ from us. We hope to return soon.

The place was very clean and exactly as described. The family had a wonderful time being so close to the beach and downtown area.

Great location & parking!

Great location and view. Walk everywhere. Hear the waves on the beach 24/7 :). Room in the entry foyer to keep bicycles. Nice floor plan. Our host Chris communicated well and was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again!

I am blown away. This property is tastefully decorated and super clean. My daughter and her friends loved it, as did my spouse and I. The property manager, Chris, is absolutely fantastic and communicative. All that plus the history of this building! The views from this apartment are the best in Rehoboth. Ocean views from the front side, plus the boardwalk, the avenue.... Highly recommend!

If you want a great view of the ocean and the action on the boardwalk, this is the spot! The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Chris was very accommodating and answered my questions within minutes. Our winter weekend at 1 Rehoboth was both relaxing and easily accessible to all Rehoboth has to offer. We will certainly stay here again!

We love this place! The windows overlooking the ocean are just magical. There is plenty of space with two living area, open concept with kitchen and dining area, and convenient to stroll shops and restaurants. Our second time staying and hope it isn’t the last!

We had an amazing time in this condo; you can not get closer to EVERYTHING!! The beach, the boardwalk, the action, and we were there in January! It was gorgeous inside and so fun that it was where Dolle's once made their candy. A true treat of a condo, location, and experience. We are already planning to return!

The apartment and location are perfect! Beautiful and spacious! Fully stocked, more than any other rental I've stayed in. Everything you need was within 5 minutes. The parking space and having to walk through the alleyway are the only reasons I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

It was private, but still in the middle of all the action. We loved it, and will stay again!

This home was perfect for a "sisters weekend". The property is beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked and clean. Chris was attentive and helped us out when we had unexpected car trouble. We are already talking about when we can stay again!

Our party of 5 had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. The location on the boardwalk can’t be beat, the apartment was clean and well-stocked, and the owner was amazingly responsive. We will definitely be returning.

The location is perfection! I was able to go out and watch the sun rise with our two youngest while my husband and two oldest slept in. We took long walks on the board walk to breakfast at the Egg or Starbucks each morning. Got to the beach early to claim a prime spot and spend the days in the waves. The owner was super responsive and friendly. I did see an old review about low water pressure in one of the showers, but it looks like it has been fixed as both showers had great pressure. I highly recommend this rental!

I had a few questions prior to arrival and Chris responded within minutes....I cant imagine there is a better spot for 8 people in Rehoboth. We will be back !
