Everything about the condo was as advertised or better! 1405 is perfect! From the furniture to the convenience in the building! This place was absolutely perfect!

Very nice clean unit with wonderful views of the Ocean! Would highly recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning beachfront condo that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the marvelous decorations that perfectly blended style and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor made the space feel both luxurious and homely. The condo was exceptionally well-stocked with supplies, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was kitchen essentials or beach gear, it was all readily available, making my experience even more enjoyable.Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! It’s just a stone’s throw away from popular attractions like Pier Park, making it convenient to explore local shops, dining, and entertainment options. What truly stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The team was attentive and responsive, handling a minor maintenance issue with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident, and it made my stay all the more pleasant.Overall, I highly recommend Book That Condo for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return! My only feedback would be some slight housekeeping items that I have communicated to the management company and they are resolving.

WE STAYED IN THIS SAME UNIT IN 2022 AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. NOW IT SHOWS MUCH WEAR. THE SOFA IS SHABBY AND THE OUTDOOR RUGS SUPER WORN. THE INSIDE CABINETS ABOVE STOVE ARE GREASY AND AIR VENTS BLACK WITH DUST.
