There were only seven of us but we could have doubled that. Lots of beds and bathrooms. The back of the house overlooks a somewhat busy roadway, but the view of the lake makes up for that and the traffic. The hot tub was nice as was the see through fireplace. The firepit was gas but was not hooked up so that was a bit disappointing. I chose this place as it was one of the few rentals that had a main floor bedroom for my two elderly family members that do not do steps well. There are three steps up to the porch. A hand rail would be helpful. Once inside, they just stayed on the main level and had everything they needed. I had hoped they could walk around the building to the firepit at the back of the house (if it was working), but once I saw the slope, it would have been a long trek for an elderly person with a walker to make it.
I would stay here again, but not it I have elderly family members joining me. They are too limited on what they can do within the house and yard.

Our family of 12 had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable and cozy. The location is a great place about 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. We will stay here again in the future! 🤗

We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was definitely the nicest with the most to offer as far as convenience goes.
Every room had extra towels, and the host provided at least 10-15 towels for the lake or the pool. There were also the most comfortable blankets all over the house.
The kitchen has nearly everything you’d need for cooking, including extras like an air fryer, Ninja blender, espresso and coffee makers, etc. There was plenty of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, creamer, etc. The only thing I wish we had more of were kitchen towels.
The location was an easy and short drive to silver dollar city, the Branson strip, the lake, etc.

This house was perfectly designed for a large group. From the en suite bathrooms for every room to the large dinner table, ALL of the amenities, the VERY well stocked kitchen with necessary supplies for cooking anything, to location, location of the pool, and every thoughtful detail included with the house, we were so pleased and would consider an annual standing reservation! We loved and enjoyed every minute and the incredible view of the lake! The patio outdoors was fairly cool and we enjoyed a lot of time out there. We used the fire pit and loved that the gas was wired. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. The movie theater system was fantastic and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We came down for a dance competition with 5 adults and 4 kids and this was the perfect home base! Plenty of room, beds and space for us all. Even when we needed to separate and get a little work done.
The view was stunning! The kitchen was super well appointed and every detail was thought of. The pool and playground were very close to the house and beautifully done. Super happy with our experience and would definitely book again!

Beautiful property. There were 12 family members and we never felt the least bit crowded in the house! Loved having two ovens! Lots of bathrooms! Quick response to outside grill problem. Hot tub was used everyday! Wonderful view and nice size pool!
A couple of suggestions: we didn’t think
the steps had been vacuumed, perhaps sprayed earlier in the summer…quite a few dead bugs near the basement steps.
The kitchen could use more serving bowls for large groups of people. Adding a recycle garbage can would also be helpful.
We will definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to stay there again!

We highly enjoyed our stay! It was so comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone! We loved how it was decorated for the holidays too! The big theater screen with surround sound was a huge bonus to watch the bowl games !

Great place, lots of room for family and grand kids. Wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights so to experience all the stuff on property.

We loved the house. It was just perfect for my family and all the little ones. We had a lot of room and the house was definitely close to all the attractions. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Branson.

We loved this house! Plenty of space for our family and bathrooms in every bedroom! The deck was a great place to eat breakfast. The media room was a great place for the teens to hangout and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and clean! There was some cobwebs along the corners and the stairs but other than that it was very neat and tidy.

We took a nice trip to Branson with my wife and kids, my sister and her husband with their kids, along with my 70-something year old parents. The house was perfect for us and I would definitely like to stay there again in the future. It was nice having a master bedroom on the main level where you walk in, as my folks don’t like stairs. We put all the kids in the bunkbeds upstairs and we enjoyed having king beds downstairs. The house has one of the best views in the area of the lake and the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! The host had a complete kitchen along with a variety of seasonings and basic cooking items available to use. The pool and playground were right across the parking lot, and we could watch the kids play from the rocking chairs on the porch. Highly recommend!

Great place
Over all the property was at a great location, sit on the back porch and watch the lake, very relaxing. The only complaint was the floors could have been cleaner, after walking around in white socks , they would get pretty dirty, every thing else was great. Yes, I would stay there again !

Wonderful views and beautiful house
Check in was nice and easy. The location to Branson shops and entertainment is close. House is well kept and spacious. The way the fridge opens right next to island can be annoying but not a deal breaker by any means.

Absolutely amazing, definitely recommend
Don’t have anything negative to say.. My family really enjoyed our quick stay over 4th of July. The views, the location, pool and the house exceeded our expectations. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked great!! Would definitely stay again., Dot was great to work with.

We stayed a week here for my daughters Dance Nationals!
We loved our week!! The house is perfect for so many different situations! My family of 5 loved the house! The kids loved the bunk room the teenager loved the big screen downstairs! We all loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit!! We invited another dance family over for dinner and the house was perfect for entertaining!
We spent every morning eating breakfast and having coffee on the back porch taking in the view! And every evening in the hot tub watching for the Branson Belle on the lake!!
Then on the weekend my entire family came! There’s plenty of room for all 13 of us! This house is perfect for large groups or a family getaway!! Cant wait to go back!!

We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the outdoor fireplace and watching the boats on the lake off in the distance. The house has so much room and yet manages to feel cozy at the same time. I loved all the art work done by a local artist. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality large and small appliances and had everything we needed! Each of the 5 bedrooms has it’s own individual bathroom, plus a couple more half baths. The hot tub was a relaxing way to watch the sunset. And then there’s a fire pit to enjoy! The media room is set up great! We enjoyed all the games and playing shuffleboard also. The hosts were so friendly and easy to work with. I’m hoping to host a full family reunion at this property at some point! I love that it’s a small neighborhood and only 5 houses will be using the pool and children’s playground area! There is plenty of parking available for cars and even for boat trailers. We loved the whole experience with this property and highly recommend it!

This house is amazing! How can you beat watching the sunset over the lake while sitting in the hot tub? The house is perfect for a multigenerational family. With 3 stories you can have one family on each floor and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Upstairs there is 2 twin over full bunk beds in one room with 2 queens in a separate room. Upstairs even has its own washer and dryer. The main floor has 1 King size bedroom that is “senior” accessible with a toilet extender and an electric adjustable bed. The main floor also has a large balcony that overlooks the lake with comfortable furniture, dining, and an inside/outside electric fire place. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king beds, a media room, and shuffleboard. Outside there is a propane grill, firepit, and hot tub. 5 houses share a large pool and playground.
The property is very close to Silver Dollar City and the Branson Belle. It takes no time to make it to a show or down to the Landing. The host was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. We LOVED staying at this house and can’t wait to return!
