This is my second time renting from Martin and he is by far an amazing person and over achiever for his quests. The condo was amazingly prepared for us and was spacious with immediate beach access. Martin sent me several recommendations to attractions in the area, dining, along with very clear access information for the gated community. Located in a very safe area, it is full of beautiful views and great places for anyone’s interests. Marin goes above and beyond, is very responsive to questions, and makes renting his properties an enjoyable experience. I had screwed up my booking and, only realized in the 11th hour of my travel plans, Martin was so helpful and supported helping me correct without any complaints. I was lucky I could correct this and Martin saved the day!!!

Owner was attentive to everything and responded to any question/concern promptly and in a friendly, helpful manner.

This was our second condo we stayed in on our trip to Puerto Rico. Our first impression was to pack up and go book a hotel. The condo is roomy and clean but lacks any kind of homey feeling. The balcony overlooks an abandoned hotel complex. Nothing was said about the balcony on the description, so buyer beware. The kitchen was lacking things like potholders and dish towels. The beach supplies that were stored in the locker have definitely seen better days. There were no beach chairs, just some camping chairs, and the boogie boards were flimsy and two were broke. The beach was unswimmable, but lovely to look at. There wasn't any hot water. Showers were just warm. The bed pillows were terrible. There wasn't a closet in the master bedroom, and some suitcase racks would have been great. There was only one side table. The living room could use some small tables or a long table under the TV for charging devices. After we settled in, and got over the view from the balcony, we had a good time. It is close to other beaches that are swimmable. We pulled in the small sofa from the balcony to give more seating in the living room. The balcony furniture was nice, and we did see lots of iguanas from the balcony. There were plenty of towels. It was very handy to have a punch code for the front door. I wish there was more transparency on the description. The little things that make you feel at home are important. Wish this place had more of those.

This is a lovely town and the people are very friendly and welcoming. There is a hydroponic farm that has wonderful produce and veggies and smoothies made with their own products. We even got a tour of the farm and it was very special. The beach is gorgeous and fine for swimming if you are strong and have a board and fins. Other calmer beaches are nearby and the pool is fine too. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious.

It was a nice place to stay. Air conditioning throughout the entire place, short drive from restaurants and we could have walked to the beach but we chose to drive so we didn't have to carry our stuff. Would totally stay again.

Very nice place, right by the beach. The rooms were great. There's lots of beaches and restaurants near by. And the owner Martin was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Perfect place to relax, use the pool, easy to get around in town. The host was always available if i had a question. Great place to stay!

The property was describe as said to be. This place was huge. The condo was clean, the property was well maintaned. The patio is a great place to have your morning coffee. Within walking distance there were great little kiosk food vendors with some of the most amazing authentic Puerto Rican food (The Sea Delphin had the best fish I have ever had) and the people were all extremely friendy...One even gave us a recipe to a drink that we liked! The walk along the coastline was absolutely stunning. Last but not least, Martin our host was fantastic. He checked in on us at the beginning of our stay and n the end to ensure that we were all set and everthing was going well. He also took the time to send us suggestions on places to eat and things to do in and around that area. I highly reccommend this place. We will be back!
