My husband and I did a weekend getaway to Traverse City and wanted the experience of staying close to the down town area. This was perfect! Within walking distance for local shops, bars, and restaurants and a short drive to the peninsula for wine tasting and shopping. The property was very clean and I was super excited about this! Everything is updated and cleanliness to the point that I felt no need to do a surface clean myself before staying in the unit. If I had to pick something out for improvement it would be that the ceiling vent outside of the bathroom could use a swiffer. Other than that, no complaints. We will definitely be back and stay here again and again:)

Everything was exactly as described. This is a spectacular location in downtown Traverse City.

We enjoyed our stay while kids away at camp. Great downtown location, though parking is a little challenge. The garage charges 1.50 per hour until you go over $20 each day. After enjoying the location and walking everywhere after arrival, we didn’t move it until next evening. After that first $35, I called the parking administration to see if any better option. If you’re staying longer, you can buy garage or lot passes, so check that out. However, we parked in Lot N just behind unit. Can park there overnight when not metered . I just used parking app to pay starting before 8:00 am for as long as we needed if we were heading somewhere, so only a few dollars each day. The unit is really nice, new, and comfortable. It is on third floor, but from the little balcony, if you’re tall enough (I am, wife not), you can even get a view of the bay. It had everything we needed. Would certainly return.

Location was great, place was clean. No elevator, third floor unit. It was very annoying lugging our two seat stroller and both kids up the stairs. Parking not being included also a negative, the garage was two blocks down - not a far walk.

Parking is horrible should have a pass to the parking garage down the street?…. Tv is cheap most channels are locked out only basics ones available. Dishes were dirty and of ill prepare. Expected much better for brand new condo.

Clean. Great location. Comfortable bed. You have to pay for parking though which is the only downside. Would stay again.

Great location - bare minimum kitchen items (salt was rock hard, no tongs, only one oven mitt). Although most people eat out if you prefer to eat in you need to be prepared. Check in was super easy; wish parking was included. Bathroom floor around the toilet was not very clean (sticky). All in all, a fantastic location though.

I needed a place to get away to hunker down and learn a new CAD program. I found this gem and I’m glad I did. Excellent little spot one block off Front St. perfect!
