I grew up summers at my Grammie’s cottage on Rust Pond…my dream was to celebrate Thanksgiving there someday. We had such a fabulous time celebrating Thanksgiving with our daughter/boyfriend and new baby facing my favorite place - Rust Pond. I would gladly come back here to do this all over again.

The home, and property were just as described, clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. It is clear the owners have put a lot of thought and effort, sparing no expense, to make their guest feel at home, paying attention to every detail. The pond itself is beautiful and clean although we did not go in but only because of chilly temperatures otherwise it was very tempting. I would certainly recommend this property to friends and family and we hope to return in the future as well.

Very enjoyable stay at this property. My husband and I were looking for some R&R after a hectic year and this was the place. Great, private location, beautiful pond (that does actually look like a lake) and very clean and well situated house. Absolutely loved the landing with the fire pit and watching the sun set at the end of each day. Very close to town and all the area attractions. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to coordinate with throughout the stay. We would definitely book again.

I and my three besties just returned from a girlfriend trip to this lovely lake house on Rust Pond. The house is spacious and beautiful with comfy touches everywhere. We loved spending our time on the back deck enjoying the call of the loons. We also liked reading in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The fire pit down by the water was amazing. Beds and linens were cozy. The host was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property!

This property is a real gem. It is on the quiet end of a quiet lake and has the best outdoor relaxation experience of any VRBO I have experienced. The outdoor soft seating is amazing. Good dock with paddle boards and kayaks. Just be ready to climb a lot of stairs! I highly recommend.

We had a very relaxing stay at this property - great location close to downtown, but tucked away so it’s quiet. Loved the dock and boats available for use, with life preservers! Our family was happy and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed and the beds were very so comfy. We hope to return again!

Our family had a lovely week at this house. The property was updated and clean. The setting was peaceful, with plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. The views of the pond were gorgeous and we enjoyed lots of swimming and paddle boarding. The location makes you feel like you’re away from everything, but the house is actually just a short drive to downtown Wolfeboro. The hosts were gracious and responsive; they provided lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. We look forward to staying here again!

We had an incredible stay at the Lakehouse! The views from each level of the house, balcony, and patio are spectacular, and the home is beautiful! We felt like we were living in luxury. The owners are fantastic, and are very caring and communicative. We have stayed at 4 different homes on this lake, and plan to return to this one, as it was excellent experience for our family! We'd highly recommend this home to anyone!

This home was the perfect home for our annual trip to Wolfeboro. The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need and was immaculate. We had a gorgeous time ice fishing right in the back yard catching perch and pickerel. The hosts were phenomenal, communicating timely and always available for our questions and left some delicious local chocolate and wine that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this winter wonderland.

We absolutely loved the property - easy pond (which looks like a lake) access with plenty of water activities - nice finished basement for kids to play, main area has huge beautiful windows with an amazing view. The house is located at the end of a one way dirt road so make sure your car has 4wd if you're going in the winter - hosts could not have been friendlier and more communicative. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at this property. It was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it has a gorgeous view of Rust Pond. We enjoyed the dock as well as the kayaks and stand up paddleboards, and the owner was very friendly and communicative. I would not hesitate to rent this property again and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

This was an absolutely wonderful getaway for my mom, stepmom, daughters and I. The house was immaculate and communication with our incredibly gracious host was incredibly easy. I felt like I had a resource at all times for any questions or concerns. The home is perfectly perched on the hill beside Rust Pond providing endless opportunity for the kids to swim and play and for us to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Beautiful property and wonderful hosts!

A lovely spot on the waterfront with kayaks and SUPs to use from the dock. The house is comfortable and well supplied for vacation activities. The long dirt road access ensures plenty of privacy and a unique location to enjoy the view and have fun!

Our Stay on Rust Pond
We had such a great time! The property is gorgeous and the owners are so responsive and helpful!
Despite the name, Rust Pond is very clear water and was comfortably warm for swimming in mid-June. We had so much fun out on the paddle boards and kayak!
The furnishings in this home are very clean and comfortable, as are the beds. I loved the little daybed by the living room window. It's perfect for reading a book or taking a nap.
We cannot wait to go back! Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.
