We enjoyed our stay....the house was great.....very clean......close to everything.....great restaurants.......saw a black bear outside passing thru....and deer....A Thanks !

House was beautiful, from the great open kitchen to the master suite. All other bedrooms were also great in size. Bathrooms upstairs weren’t on par with the rest of the house. Going to assume they are waiting for parts hopefully. Driveway is smaller than it appears luckily we only had two vehicles. We loved the out space and garage entertainment for the kiddo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a luxurious part of suncadia. Living area and kitchen can host large families and the game room was loved by the kids. We were disappointed in the poor maintenance of the home and a few key details left out of the home report instructions that led to further inconvenience.- Back of the remote plate missing (minor but i felt obligated to report as it was not noted)- soundbar remote from main living room was missing- the instructions provided to me clearly stated youtube TV was provided and logged in to the TV's. This was not the case when we arrived and trying to log in with secondary verification was impossible with provided credentials, also time consuming when i wanted to spend time with my family- The grill would not turn on. I BBQ frequently and have the same weber grill at home. I followed the instructions and contacted the customer service team for troubleshooting and nothing was successful. The owner of the company called me about an hour later and identified key instructions for turning grill on are not a part of the check in manual. This led to an hour delay in dinner and the young kids were not happy. Not the end of the world but i spent an hour working on this grill when i could have spent this time with my family (I Live on the east coast).- Upstairs fan remote was missing- Ice maker was not working in the fridge and the fridge had an active leak- The heater in the game room went outAlmost all of this occurred upon arrival and I feel with better maintenance some of these issues could have been avoided. The customer service team was quick to respond and very kind, although they did not provide any immediate solutions to our problems. Derek, the company owner was kind enough to drop off two bags of ice the following morning.
